I've been itching to do a review for them. But I have no idea where to begin. After several weeks of stopping here, once or twice a week, I finally feel like I know what I want to write about. Their absolutely amazing E-Juice line is the BEST in the Greater Seattle area. They carry only the best, but also with a huge variety of flavor, vg/pg ratio, and nic. If you are a fan of 100%vg, they (i think the only ones in 206?) that carries the virgin line. They also have crazy flavor like Dream (a.k.a) pink starburst, that sold out within days of restocking, and Dragon's breath (a.k.a) honey dew & dragon fruit, that certain nic level were sold out within hours of restocking. And I loveeee the fact that you can try the flavors by dripping in your own tank, to know how the juice will taste with your own set up. I know from experience, tons of times, when you use the evo pens & tanks provided by the store to try the juice, when you buy it and put it in your own set up, it can taste totally different. So for offering this option of dripping in your own rda, you KNOW what you're getting. Another bonus points for, updating their social media all the time, to keep their fan updated with the inventory and new items. They also have amazing special events, (mother's day, memorial day...etc) that offer % discount on the things you buy! This place is awesome. The owners are severely knowledgeable and helpful. The juice selection is large and covers a wide range of flavors and options. The gear selection is good. They don't carry clones, which I'm for, because clones are terrible. All the stuff they carry is quality gear at good prices. They carry the full range of gear from ego batteries and basic tanks to high-end mechanicals. I recently went in to get the holes on my Nimbus drilled out, and had some coils and cotton put in while I was there. I grabbed an Efest 18350 at the same time. I love that there's a vapor shop that I can go into where the people know more about gear and builds than I do. I also love that they'll talk to you about all of it. Everyone here was incredibly helpful. Between the employees and what I can only assume was a regular customer. They have a wide range of supplies in varying costs. I am giving 3 stars, where as I would like to give 3.5. They have a juice "menu" but it didn't seem like it was the full menu which I didn't like. The attendant was helpful, but I just like to be able to see everything myself. You do have to pay $1 a month or $3 a year to be able to test flavors and be able to be on the "lounge" side. I purchased an ati and they charged $6 for a build to be included. read more

Usually when a store opens at a certain time, you would think the people working there would at least be there within 30-45 minutes of opening. The fact that I waited at the front door for said time after opening is just ridiculous. Ive been in this store twice, I bought a Vape Pen the first time, the guy was sooooo distracted with all his friends he kept walking away when I was asking questions. I did buy the vape pen but really I should have gone else where, I over paid and he offers no help at all... I went back in to get vape juice, he was playing with his friend on the computer while I stood and waited. Finally I walked out. I came through looking to get a new Vape Rig, both the folks behind the counter were pretty busy, but assured me that they would be right with me. Lefty, hooked it up with giving me some information on a tank I bought. While I didn't buy a full rig, I know that I can hit this place up for more of my questions to be answered before I commit to another one. Purchased a Smok Mag mod from Strange Clouds on June 19, 2018 -- their silver 'floor model,' since the only other colors they had in stock were not to my liking. At the time of purchase for $120 (for the mod only and with no accessories) the salesman told me that within thirty days, or even a bit later, if I had a problem with the device that I could bring it back for replacement. Yesterday, July 31, 2018, the mod began to malfunction -- the trigger button to activate the mod, activate a 'hit,' or control the device menu began to not register a press and by the end of the night the mod became useless. After trying other (and brand new) batteries and other basic diagnostic methods it was determined to be the mod itself. Today, August 1, 2018, I returned to the store to inform them of the malfunction and to hold them to their promise. After being made to wait several times while the salesman helped other customers that came in while in the middle of helping me, he played the 'need to call the owner' routine which resulted in me being told that since it was beyond thirty days that I'd need to send it to China for repair by the manufacturer. I promptly left in disgust as it was clear that the owners of this store lack integrity to live up to their promise at the time of purchase. I am on the phone now with my bank and a credit card chargeback is in progress for a full refund of the purchase price of the defective mod based on 'defective merchandise,' as I am well within the sixty day window that the law allows for consumer protection. All future business will be going to a competitor and I highly recommend Googling "Vape Society Supplies" for a great deal on juices -- you'll receive approximately twice the quantity for slightly less money by choosing mail order and you won't be supporting those with dubious business practices. The folks at this store may be pleasant when they want your money, but they are dodgy when standing by their word or their products. AVOID! read more

Whole most of my experiences here have been decent, I'm finding that their new staff have been less than helpful, with answers for my questions such as "You should probably just search online for it." Kyle (I think his name is) is a great guy. Fantastic coil builder, and friendly chap. I'd say he's the best person in their shop by a long shot. Don't bother signing up for their rewards system. It's a giant scam, and their "free" items you get by spending money in shop are laughable. Free $4.99 drop tip? Too bad they're all garbage and they won't let you upgrade while paying the difference. The span messages from that system are an irritation, even sending you messages when you haven't purchased something from them for a while. While i used to enjoy every visit there, I find that I'd rather just go to another shop that treats me like a person instead of a commodity. I find it hard to recommend the shop now. read more

With the membership you get to sample a wide variety of juices and then there is always free fill Friday. Where you bring in a empty tank and they refill it for you with some premium juice that are show casing. This is a Vape Shop NOT a Smoke Shop, they do not carry tobacco products. The owners, Drew & Thao are knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to determine what we wanted out of the vaping experience (to quit smoking) and suggested the right products for us. They offered a huge selections of sample juices so that we could try before we purchased. Were also able to try the various units. They patiently and completely answered all of our questions. In the end, Drew hooked us up with complete kits and I am happy to say that both my husband and I have been smoke free for 3 days! UPDATE: After 4 months of coming in to buy $14 juices and $5 coils every week, i was told tonight that they would not let me exchange some "bad juice'" i had bought the previous week( the juice in question tasted like a whole pack of halls cough drops crushed up all at once). you get what you pay for here. premium juices and coils for premium prices with service to go along with it. if you want to drop tons of money and buy mech mods, bottle after bottle of juice,etc then they will be your best friend, but if you just need a little juice or a coil i guess it is better to hit up a bodega. its a lot cheaper, like 1/3 the price cheaper, and you'll get the same amount of service if you are a non dripper. it just pisses me off. i really liked this place and planned on spending $200-$300 there next week but not anymore. i left, went to a smoke shop down the road and got 2 juices(locally made and great btw) and 2 coils for $18. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After deciding to quit smoking, my wife wanted to to try an alternative. Having very bad luck over the years with E-cigs from gas stations and bodegas, i wasn't really interested in putting money and time into what i thought was nasty tasting garbage. boy was i wrong. i wife insisted i try this place out. when i got there the OWNER spent at least 45 mins just explaining the equipment to me and going over the juices. i was able to pick from a menu of so many(maybe 50+?). when i asked for something equipment wise that wasnt the top end(he and all his friends use drop rigs that are $300-$600 range) but i wouldn't replace in a month, he didn't try to gauge me and sold me a rig i'm still using 3 months later.... ok thats a lie. i've since purchased 2 more basic tanks and a mini nautilus... and 20 juices. it would be more but now that my wife has created this monster, she has to limit my spending there lol. TL:DR this place is freakin' awesome. great staff. great products. more family then business. read more
