Usually I come here about 3 days a week and customer service is amazing Today I stopped by on Christmas and I sat at the window for a good 5 min cause I saw someone getting coffee And no one was at the first window I figured there may not be too many people working .. while sitting after that long I see the light behind me in the first window was on .. so I reversed and as I reversed I see the girl working the window laughing and staring at my car . Only $15 per lb. of Good Stuff branded pipe tobacco and really only $40 for a huge 5 lb. bag of Golden Harvest branded pipe tobacco which both taste great in roll or stuff your own cigarettes! With the exception or rolling machines prices are jacked up and should be bought elsewhere like a smoke shop in town like kent or somewhere off reservation. But make sure you bring i.d. Purchased a OMG puff bar on earlier this week and opened it today. Found the product had leaked and disintegrated and would not work. Called and was told they would not exchange the product or refund $! Don't purchase from this place they sell faulty products and have zero customer service. The management are liars and they play with people's lives and emotions, they only have bed reviews I would never come here working or as a customer, they lied to me about giving me a job then when I called back told me that the positions were filled. I called everyday and no one would let me speak to the manager they gave me the run around for a week just to tell me i couldn't get the job after I already put in my 2 weeks at my other job. My experience through the drive thru is always pleasant, however I had recently applied and when I called to do a follow up the manager said I was nonhireable due to my phone number pulling up that I had been rude to a manager from a previous phone call. We have never had any issues with Baby Zack in the past until Friday night, March 16th. We pulled up to the drive thru and asked to buy our usual brands of smokes. From time to time the employees would hand out out suckers if we ask, most times they'll give them out if they have on stock or they'll say they don't have any. On Friday night the smoke shop didn't have any, so I told my 5 year old grandson that they don't have any. For some odd reason the gal at the drive thru window went on and said " we have dog bones though". Now I don't know why in the world she would say that, is it maybe because we don't look like her? (She's white, we're Pacific Islander). But I thought her remarks was very offensive. I have since called management and I hope they do something about this incident if not fire her for saying such racist remarks. Cause that's how I see it. read more

Stay away from this horrible and unethical business! I just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had anywhere in my life, seriously. Last night I stopped by Baby Zacks to buy new atomizer cartridges for me eGo vape pen. I showed the counter clerk my vape pen and she handed me a 5 pack of cartridges and told me they would fit my pen. I trusted her since she worked in a tobacco & vape store and bought them for $25. When I got home and looked closer at the cartridge photo on the package and it was clear that these were a different brand and size than my eGo cartridges. The cartridge package was unopened and I had the receipt in my hand when I stopped back by Baby Zacks this morning to exchange them for the correct cartridges. I pleasantly explained to the employee that I had been sold the wrong cartridges the night before and wanted to replace them with the correct ones. She told me they did not allow exchanges or refunds of any type. I thought that she must be kidding or had misunderstood me, so I politely explained again that another employee had recommended and sold the wrong size cartridges to me last night and that I was happy to pay the difference if the correct cartridges cost more. She again said that they did not allow for any exchanges or refunds! At this point I asked to speak with a manager. Another woman came out and immediately said in a raised voice that they did not allow for refunds or exchanges! I tried to explain that the cartridges I was holding were sold to me the night before by her employee, but she kept interrupting and speaking over me, "No exchanges, No refunds!" Then she started slapping a sign on the counter that says "No exchanges, no refunds" and asked me "Can't you read?!" I was completely stunned and walked out of the store. I am 46 years old and have never experienced such unbelievable poor customer service in my life. I'm also filing complaints against Baby Zacks with the WA Dept. of Revenue, the Dept. of Licensing and the Better Business Bureau. I used to come here as a satisfied customer for years on a consistent basis. Recently my feelings have changed for my beloved baby zacks late night drive thru.,Iam a firm believer of customer service and this place severely lacks it. The last two times I was there,I was (not) greeted by a curly hair, heavy set woman with glasses and a major attitude problem. I always have my order ready(because i always get the same thing) and my ID and credit card ready in-hand(because i know they will always ask).When I get to the window, the curly haired monster looks down on me with a disgusted look as if I had completely inconvenienced her day by patronizing the business which issues her paycheck...There is no,"HI! how are you?" "what can i get for ya?" from this lady,only an intense stare down,not a single word. Okaaaay, whatever..I politely order my usual order and hand her my ID and credit card at the same time. At this time, she finally decides to open her mouth and nearly scolds me like a child with a very smarta$$ tone of voice"I need your ID with credit card purchases"she says.I smiled and pointed at my cards in her hand and she dosent say a word and slams the window shut .Next thing I know,she comes back with my stuff and asks for a signature for the card purchase.I hand back the mini clipboard and before I could even think about saying "thankyou good night" she was already glaring at the next customer with the same look she was giving me.That was the first of my last two visits. I waited about a month until I went back,and the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED!!! I was shocked at the efficiency the monster with the curly hair was at giving consistently rude service. I did find it really funny when I smiled and pointed at her hand(again),when she scolded me"I need ID with credit card purchases" with the same smarta$$ tone of voice(again). After my second visit,a few months go by and I decided to make my once "routine" stop at baby zacks late at night. I pull in slowly...I see the same curly hair and rude disposition I had seen before....and I drive away quickly to the nearest 7-11. I haven't gone here in years but stopped by today. They initially said "why do you have to park so far away?" Thinking he was joking I said "luckily I have long arms"... no smile. I asked if they had parliament regulars. He said yes. Took my card, charged me, gave me parliament lights. When he gave me my card back and the lights at the same time I said "these are lights" He said, "They're the only parliaments we have" so I told him that he should have told me that when I asked for regulars.... and he just stared at me until I left. Since baby Zack's is an Native American smokeshop that is not owned by a Native Americans or on Native American land it seems all too funny that you cannot get a hold of a manager to discuss anything. I have called five times over the past two days with no response. And go figure they don't have a voicemail, and go figure they don't give a fuck about their customers.
