Grew up on this place , they had 25 cent singles , I doubt they do anymore lol. They did have great prices though , only one id go to back then read more

Lost my phone/wallet at the casino. After tracking my phone thru my iPad ( find my phone) I located it in the parking lot of the Tahoma parking lot. It showed me a purchased transaction at baby Zack's... I immediately drove there to let them know that my card was stolen and the 150.00 sale you just made will not be paid. This guy at the window almost passed out with GUILT!!! If you ever been to baby Zack's there is at least 8 posted signs that stated ID NEEDED FOR CREDIT CARD! NO EXCEPTIONS. The kicker tho after knowing my wallet was stolen! I asked to buy a pack of cigarettes (cash) and HE ASKED FOR MY ID read more

The worker inside the stores are so nice, give great service, There was a lot of stuff I could choose! And the prices were so good, I'd rather go there than 7 11! I got some snacks and it was not expensive at all! read more

I've been coming to baby Zacks for about 5 years and the lady you have working in drive thru Tina is the best cashier you have had in quite some time. She has my cigarettes ready by the time I get to the window., very friendly and great customer service. Prices are the best around.for King Mountains. I have recommended to my friends to shop at your store. read more

They leave the OPEN sign on their store window even when the store itself ISNT open. They need to do better with that. Not to mention their staff acts like they hate being there, they wouldn't want my job lol read more

Great Service, Large selection not as cheap as my grocery store. They are a about a dollar cheaper unless you get a carton. Wish you would have a military discount. read more

If you give a customer an incorrect item, please allow an exchange. Focus on the customer and not chatting up your coworker and you might give them their correct item. Ridiculous. read more

I go here for my Expresso drink. They make the best! I would drive here out of my way because the drinks are that good and the best part is, they are only $2. You can't beat that price anywhere. Also it's a drive thru, you get your smoke and coffee but I'm not a smoker so it's all good. read more

Merry Christmas to all you guys ! Usually I come here about 3 days a week and customer service is amazing Today I stopped by on Christmas and I sat at the window for a good 5 min cause I saw someone getting coffee And no one was at the first window I figured there may not be too many people working .. while sitting after that long I see the light behind me in the first window was on .. so I reversed and as I reversed I see the girl working the window laughing and staring at my car . I said geez you couldn't of got my attention you guys were just gonna let me sit there mind you I was in the middle window I know they have to walk past it ... I got my cigarettes and said merry Christmas . After this experience on Christmas I would rather drive further to a smoke shop that isn't rude on Christmas and spend my money elsewhere . read more

Great prices on loose tobacco. Only $15 per lb. of Good Stuff branded pipe tobacco and really only $40 for a huge 5 lb. bag of Golden Harvest branded pipe tobacco which both taste great in roll or stuff your own cigarettes! With the exception or rolling machines prices are jacked up and should be bought elsewhere like a smoke shop in town like kent or somewhere off reservation. But make sure you bring i.d. Even if its your debit card and you know the pin and use the pin these idiots won't allow debit cards unless you have I.d. Matching the name on the card like they do with credit cards! read more

Oh-my-coffee!! Awesome service & prices!! Not only does this place offer amazing coffee, but it also serves as a drive through smoke shop. Cheap, quality, and quick service for both cigarettes, AND coffee...what more could a smoker with a mean caffine habit ask for?! Everytime I go to Fife I am compelled to swing through Baby Zack's to satisfy my Espresso craving. Only once, in over a year, have I only somewhat, been disappointed with my coffee - and that is saying A LOT, when I am used to hit-and-miss quality on a regular basis at most other shops! I live in Burien, but am tempted to make the journey out there just to be rewarded with a extra delicious 20oz, 5 shot, iced espresso, with half & half, macademia syrup, and whipped cream...all for the amazing price of $2.00 even!! With prices and service like that, just make sure to tip your server, and you won't ever be disappointed with the return!! read more

This place could definitely use a pick-me-up remodel job, but for what it is, it isn't so bad. Cigarettes are a lot cheaper than where I can find them and they have $2.00 espressos that help with the not-so-long drive that I still don't like to make, but I do. Hah. read more

Great prices. Quality tobacco products. Not to mention the awesome any size Italian sodas for 2$ mmmm. Good place to go. Sometimes the line is long but I Definitely recommend. read more

Purchased a OMG puff bar on earlier this week and opened it today. Found the product had leaked and disintegrated and would not work. Called and was told they would not exchange the product or refund $! Don't purchase from this place they sell faulty products and have zero customer service. Have been long time customer for many years, so sad that they now lose my business over a 10 dollar item! There are plenty better places to spend your money -buyer beware! read more

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because I have received one time good customer service here but today when I came the two people I saw where very rude. I get people might be having a bad day but at least pretend to be happy and if someone says thank you and have a good weekend they could at least say thanks. Probably won't be going back here for awhile read more

Baby Zacks is filled with bad people and liars. The management are liars and they play with people's lives and emotions, they only have bed reviews I would never come here working or as a customer, they lied to me about giving me a job then when I called back told me that the positions were filled. I called everyday and no one would let me speak to the manager they gave me the run around for a week just to tell me i couldn't get the job after I already put in my 2 weeks at my other job. It's completely unfair and I would never go to this place if I were you. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

My experience through the drive thru is always pleasant, however I had recently applied and when I called to do a follow up the manager said I was nonhireable due to my phone number pulling up that I had been rude to a manager from a previous phone call. Please note that numbers due get recycled and to just tell someone they are nonhireable due to that sounds like absolute bullshit. Get a better system. Xoxo read more

Great location, the prices are decent. Nothing bad to say about this place. Open 24 hours wide variety of smokes.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Customer service is terrible, bunch of rude people in here! Had a situation with a blonde lady in drive thru, asked a question about pricing for backwoods and she had a complete attitude and then gave me stale backwoods. Tried to exchange them next day inside the store and all the old ladies in there were extremely rude and would not exchange them! Terrible business, I recommend the smoke shop in twin lakes by qfc, can't think of the name but their pricing is better, quality of products way better and they're always pleasant! read more

We have never had any issues with Baby Zack in the past until Friday night, March 16th. We pulled up to the drive thru and asked to buy our usual brands of smokes. From time to time the employees would hand out out suckers if we ask, most times they'll give them out if they have on stock or they'll say they don't have any. On Friday night the smoke shop didn't have any, so I told my 5 year old grandson that they don't have any. For some odd reason the gal at the drive thru window went on and said " we have dog bones though". Now I don't know why in the world she would say that, is it maybe because we don't look like her? (She's white, we're Pacific Islander). But I thought her remarks was very offensive. I have since called management and I hope they do something about this incident if not fire her for saying such racist remarks. Cause that's how I see it. read more

Rude and stupid.... Retired or dropout. These are the prerequisites for working here... The are OVER PRICED on a lot of there items,... Just go north about a block there you will find better deals and NICE, noninbread service... That's really how I feel right now... Just left... NEVER GOING BACK read more

This was my favorite place to buy my cigarettes for the last 10 years I have spent 500+ a month there... Well because they now are beyond rude to me as a customer I am now done! But good news right around the corner there's a place cheaper anyway... Being rude and throwing receipts at customer and telling them to get out of here worked! (only because the clerk did not know how to print the receipt)... got that receipt every other time...So you got your wish....I am out of there but for good now, bye bye 500+ a month in sales to you.. your loss not mine! read more

Stay away from this horrible and unethical business! I just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had anywhere in my life, seriously. Last night I stopped by Baby Zacks to buy new atomizer cartridges for me eGo vape pen. I showed the counter clerk my vape pen and she handed me a 5 pack of cartridges and told me they would fit my pen. I trusted her since she worked in a tobacco & vape store and bought them for $25. When I got home and looked closer at the cartridge photo on the package and it was clear that these were a different brand and size than my eGo cartridges. The cartridge package was unopened and I had the receipt in my hand when I stopped back by Baby Zacks this morning to exchange them for the correct cartridges. I pleasantly explained to the employee that I had been sold the wrong cartridges the night before and wanted to replace them with the correct ones. She told me they did not allow exchanges or refunds of any type. I thought that she must be kidding or had misunderstood me, so I politely explained again that another employee had recommended and sold the wrong size cartridges to me last night and that I was happy to pay the difference if the correct cartridges cost more. She again said that they did not allow for any exchanges or refunds! At this point I asked to speak with a manager. Another woman came out and immediately said in a raised voice that they did not allow for refunds or exchanges! I tried to explain that the cartridges I was holding were sold to me the night before by her employee, but she kept interrupting and speaking over me, "No exchanges, No refunds!" Then she started slapping a sign on the counter that says "No exchanges, no refunds" and asked me "Can't you read?!" I was completely stunned and walked out of the store. I am 46 years old and have never experienced such unbelievable poor customer service in my life. I'm also filing complaints against Baby Zacks with the WA Dept. of Revenue, the Dept. of Licensing and the Better Business Bureau. It's hard to believe that it's even legal for a business to operate this way in WA state. read more

The cigs are so cheap here like at least 1-2 dollars off from other places and the drive thru is iffy but all in all it's a good shop.

(This review is for late night drive thru only)Inside the smoke shop I have received nothing but excellent service,always... I used to come here as a satisfied customer for years on a consistent basis. Recently my feelings have changed for my beloved baby zacks late night drive thru.,Iam a firm believer of customer service and this place severely lacks it. The last two times I was there,I was (not) greeted by a curly hair, heavy set woman with glasses and a major attitude problem. I always have my order ready(because i always get the same thing) and my ID and credit card ready in-hand(because i know they will always ask). When I get to the window, the curly haired monster looks down on me with a disgusted look as if I had completely inconvenienced her day by patronizing the business which issues her paycheck...There is no,"HI! how are you?" "what can i get for ya?" from this lady, only an intense stare down, not a single word. Okaaaay, whatever..I politely order my usual order and hand her my ID and credit card at the same time. At this time, she finally decides to open her mouth and nearly scolds me like a child with a very smarta$$ tone of voice"I need your ID with credit card purchases"she says.I smiled and pointed at my cards in her hand and she dosent say a word and slams the window shut .Next thing I know, she comes back with my stuff and asks for a signature for the card purchase.I hand back the mini clipboard and before I could even think about saying "thankyou good night" she was already glaring at the next customer with the same look she was giving me.That was the first of my last two visits. I waited about a month until I went back, and the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED!!! I was shocked at the efficiency the monster with the curly hair was at giving consistently rude service. I did find it really funny when I smiled and pointed at her hand(again),when she scolded me"I need ID with credit card purchases" with the same smarta$$ tone of voice(again). After my second visit,a few months go by and I decided to make my once "routine" stop at baby zacks late at night. I pull in slowly...I see the same curly hair and rude disposition I had seen before....and I drive away quickly to the nearest 7-11. Its sad to say that my favorite late night drive thru is no longer a place I will patronize. As long as the curly hair monster is working there, you wont see me... read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I've never had a bad experience at Baby Zacks until today. My girl friend and I pull up to the counter to purchase two coffees and this black woman who refused to give us her name behind the counter was ABSOLUTELY rude. She not only had a attitude but when it came to hand her the money she yanked it out of my girl friends hand aggressively and mumbled bitch under her breath. I'm sorry to say this but I won't be coming back to Baby Zacks anytime soon because of this. read more

Best 2$coffee around great service! Shout out 2 Joy, Sharon, &Swane! Make it a very pleasurable experience.

Love the fact that Marlboro special blends and I think all Marlboro ' s are 6.40 something. . Cheaper than anywhere I usually go.

I haven't gone here in years but stopped by today. They initially said "why do you have to park so far away?" Thinking he was joking I said "luckily I have long arms"... no smile. I asked if they had parliament regulars. He said yes. Took my card, charged me, gave me parliament lights. When he gave me my card back and the lights at the same time I said "these are lights" He said, "They're the only parliaments we have" so I told him that he should have told me that when I asked for regulars.... and he just stared at me until I left. Since baby Zack's is an Native American smokeshop that is not owned by a Native Americans or on Native American land it seems all too funny that you cannot get a hold of a manager to discuss anything. I have called five times over the past two days with no response. And go figure they don't have a voicemail, and go figure they don't give a fuck about their customers. I am far more satisfied paying a dollar more and going to any gas stations and being treated and respected like a paying customer. read more
