He sold me two bottles of fluid. I had to ask for the Box and the owner's manual. He only gave me the owner's manual. When I got home it listed what was to be included in the starter kit. I received none of them. This included extra coils and batteries. I called the phone number on the receipt 5x as i live 40 miles away, no answer. I drove there anyway because the man told me they are open on Sundays. He was not there but a different young man said he could not help me since he was not there to know the transaction that occurred. He told me that I got a discounted price because they did not give me the entire kit. When I said that the man who sold it to me should have told me that he said he was sorry but what was he supposed to do. In the end he gave me 4 coils but had no empathy for my frustration at all. He even said they received no calls. I called the number on the receipt while I was standing in front of him. The phone never rang. Do not do business with this establishment. There is NO customer service at all. The only reason the young man did anything for me is because I raised my voice with other customers in the store. I told him I would never do business here again, and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
