I made a purchase and the price seemed ridiculous. I asked for a receipt and was handed a receipt with the total. I asked why it wasn't itemized. I questioned why I was charged nearly double from the last time I was in (two-weeks prior). We went around and around. He tried to pacify me by slightly lowering the price. Then he had to "make a phone call" after standing around for quite some time hoping I would just go away I received a refund. I made the same purchase for 45% less at an Arco. This place is shady.

The piece is clearly not used (it never even turned on or lit up when plugged in as it should). He then says had it not been opened they could have exchanged it. How would I have known it didn't turn on without opening? Any other smoke shop would fix the problem but now they want me to keep a $260 piece that they sold but never worked.

Example is I was charged $170 for a box of 10 that I can find everywhere else for $114. The employee himself was nice but I feel like he knew that I didn't know anything about cigars so he charged whatever since it didn't have a price tag on it. I tried to go in to at least price match or get somewhat closer and he said they don't do that. So for 15 cigars total I spent $268 14 rocky patel deluxe toro vintage series 1 Winston chu

I bought a pack of goomz gummies for 27.59 on June 12 2025 and got absolutely no effect from them. I have bought over 100 packs of these from other shops in the area and have never had a problem. NOT ONCE. The reason I know these are fake is because when you scan the barcode it takes you to a random linktree with no info or website. The REAL goomz, when scanned, take you to the offices trygoomz website. I tried to return them but they told me it wasn't their fault and it was the suppliers the fault. They said they knew they were fake at that point but it wasn't their fault because they, and I quote "didn't make them". So by their logic since they don't make a product that gives them a right to sell a counterfeit product. I called the police because I was not gonna let them steal my nearly 30 bucks. After about 5 minutes of me waiting and saying I was going to do a police report and report them to wa alcoholic and tobacco, they refunded me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. They even scanned their other goomz packages and they all went to the same fake scam linktree "website". THEY ARE ALL FAKE. And just for reference, when I just scanned my packages from tobacco town or Zakk's or NW supply, they take me to THE REAL TRYGOOMZ website... so that confirms that that one's nic hut are selling are 100% FAKE!. And, if they have one bad supplier selling 10+ options of counterfeit gummies (same brand), who knows how many other counterfeit products they are selling. Trust me guys, STAY AWAY THEY WILL SELL YOU FAKE PRODUCT THEN THREATEN YOU UNTIL YOU CALL THE POLICE. By the way, I will be calling and doing an online report to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board first thing tomorrow. People like this have no right to screw over customers for their hard earned money!
