I've been vaping for the last 4 years and I'd like to think I have a good grasp on what's new and popular in the eliquid and mod world. I've shopped around the Bothell/Kirkland area looking for a selection of juice that has some new juices for me to try and when I found Mega Vape I knew my search was over. I have been sticking with Mega for the last couple months. Not only do they have amazing customer service and great juice recommendations, but the prices are more than fair when compared to some of the other local shops. Not to mention every employee I've met there has been outstanding, Austin the owner is incredibly knowledgeable he recommended me a Lost Vape Orion DNA pod mod for when I'm looking to vape discreetly while at work or in the car, and it has been amazing pods last a good long time and the flavor is unbeatable for a pod based system. Austin's wife Brittany and the other employee, Chase have recommended me nothing but tasty ejuice everytime I come in to the shop. What I love most is that they really care about your experience in their shop and they do everything in their power to make sure you leave there happy with your purchase. A couple of times I've gotten a bad coil that didn't last as long as they normally do (which is really on the manufacturer of the coil and not mega) they gave me a coil for free which really is leaps and bounds better than the customer service at any shop I've visited other than Mega! read more

This place is great. I came looking for kratom. They had a wide variety, including the kratom shots that I was looking for. It is a family run business. Both husband and wife running the show. They were super nice and friendly and the overall customer service was awesome. I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me but he was knowledgeable about his products sharing good tidbits of info about the products I was buying during our transaction. Now for the extra credit points they deserve.. they have a rewards program, for every $100 dollars you spend, they reward you with $7 dollars. This is all done through text message. You provide your number, they ring you up and wa-la! Just like that you've earned money back. Plus, if you provide a phone number they text you your receipt, making the transaction paperless! Last but certainly least, they are dog friendly! Doggy treats at the door, with a cute welcome sign that says ALL dogs are invited in. I thought that was a super cute gesture that shows the awesome character of this couple. Dog people are my type of people! While the location is a little out of the way for me, I will gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to buy from this shop again. They have definitely earned another loyal customer. Ok the owner here is an awesome guy don't get me wrong. But his main employee, Eli, is so dumb. He is constantly in and out of jail and on probation. Today i went to pick up a few coils and some juice. I pull up and there is a sign on the door saying 'be back in 10' I thought okay i won't have to wait here any longer than 10 minutes that's reasonable. 30 minutes later, after I watched 5+ customers pull up, wait a few minutes, then leave, he (Eli) decides it's time to take the sign down. I walk in and say what's up I was waiting out there for 30 minutes and watched you lose your boss multiple customers because you were messing around inside with your wife and kid. Yeah that's right he was in the store the whole 30 minutes with his wife and kid! After telling him I was going to talk to the owner about the situation he threatens to fight me. This place is absolutely amazing, the husband and wife business duo (Austin and Brittainy McKinney) truly care about each customer that walks in the door. From my very first visit I receive nothing but great customer service and a community feel from them. During my last visit I had a question regarding why my Vape continued to spit liquid into my mouth and even though I did not purchase the unit there Austin was very understanding and proactive in finding a solution for me. He could've easily just referred me back to the manufacture or to the location of which I purchased the unit. Instead he took it upon himself as an opportunity to help someone how he would like to be helped given the same situation. We honestly need more business owners like this to stay in business, so please stop in and give them the opportunity to earn your business the way they have mine! read more

Just had to write my first review on Yelp to say Brittany/Brittney at NW Vape Supply was soooo incredible today with me and really reminded me why I love to come to this shop. I had a problem with a defective disposable vape (which has only happened to me 2 or 3 other times before when I've bought from this shop) and she was so kind in helping me out! She informed me of their (generous) policy even though I forgot to ask before I left on my previous visit, and happily exchanged it out for me! All of their other employees have always been kind but she was just so sweet I had to come on here and write a review for them. The atmosphere of the shop is also so fun and welcoming, it never feels frustrating if I have to wait a few in line. I hadn't vaped in years and wasn't familiar with new options. I got a disposable from another shop that advertised 15k puffs that didn't last a week! I drove past a few other vape shops to go to NW Vape Supply because of the good reviews, I wasnt disappointed. First, I was greeted at the doors by the owner's two small, very friendly and adorable dogs for a quick sniff test (I passed with flying colors) and was quickly helped by Brittany and her husband Austin. They were both helpful and knowledgeable (turns out they've owned the shop for 8 years). Brittany took over 40 mins to show me vapes, pods and ejuice and explain how the new tech compares to what I had used back in the day. This is my all-time favorite smoke shop in Bothell. Once I bought a lighter and didn't try it out until after I got home, where I found out it was busted. I brought it back the next day and they replaced it, no questions asked. Really good people! There are a few products I generally need but can't get there, but no one place is perfect I suppose? The guy working there with the very "Seattle" hairstyle & beard is super chill and fun to talk to, which is always a pleasant surprise when you visit stores around here. They also seem to have a good selection of #vapelife products, but I don't vape so I really wouldn't know. I have always believed that good/above and beyond customer service should be appreciated and the people working should know what a fantastic job they are doing. Saying that, Mega Vape has always (since the new ownership was acquired) been my favorite vape shop. Knowledgeable, kind, willing to listen to my silly ramblings about this and that. They have good stock, and if they don't have what you want they will show you a good alternative. This is the BEST shop I have ever gone too, I won't go anywhere else. I came in for a new vape pipe and the owner and his wife were there and they helped me with all my needs. Austin explained so much to me that I never knew about vape pipes to vape juices. His wife was so helpful and had some great suggestions on vape juices. I always used one brand of vape juices, but now thanks to her I have a great variety that I use daily. I recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a friendly, helpful experience. Great selection, very knowledgeable staff. Even if they don't know the answer to my question off the top of their heads they will go the extra mile to find me a answer or solution. I have had trouble with a few devices (dropped‍) and they were able give me a few ideas that might make it work again, it worked 2x! Always return whenever I get the itch for a new device, they are great at listening to my preferences and guiding me towards a few I might like. I've been a customer for 1 1/2+ years and this is hands down the best vape shop I've been to. They have an excellent selection of mods, components, coils, juice and more. This is the best vape store around!! My fiancé and I just recently quit smoking cigarettes and switched to vaping. Every employee there (Brittney, Austin, and Chase) we're very helpful and willing to spend time making sure that we got the best setup for our need. Super friendly and well-stocked shop! Strikes me as a family-owned establishment. They have gone out of their way to be personable and help me out. They ordered a little used product just to have it in stock for when I needed it moving forward. Prices are fair and their selection leaves nothing to be desired. Seems like the kind of business that actually cares if they sell you what you want vs what they can make the most money off of. This shop is my favorite and I now consider it cheating to go into another shop! Great selection of flavors. The owners are awesome and helped me switch from cigarettes to vaping with no pressure from them. But if you smoke cigarettes, theirs are about a dollar cheaper a pack than most other places! They have great recommendations on what device to use if you are just starting out or want something new after a while. They also carry stuff like bongs, kratom, CBD oils, lotions and edibles. Amazing place to go. Complete reinvention of how customer relationships are appreciated. They are the nicest people you will ever meet in the vape community. Great team and a great atmosphere, where they inform you of what you're buying. This is by far my favorite vape shop in the area! All the employees are very kind and are always willing to help you out with any questions you have. The prices are relatively cheap for a vape shop and they are always stocked up on anything you need. They have so many options of e-juice that you don't even know where to start. They are really helpful and willing to order any specific products you might be looking for if they don't carry it.
