STAY AWAY! This is my first review ever, but I need to warn you guys. THEY SELL FAKE COUNTERFIT…read morePRODUCTS. I bought a pack of goomz gummies for 27.59 on June 12 2025 and got absolutely no effect from them. I have bought over 100 packs of these from other shops in the area and have never had a problem. NOT ONCE. The reason I know these are fake is because when you scan the barcode it takes you to a random linktree with no info or website. The REAL goomz, when scanned, take you to the offices trygoomz website. I tried to return them but they told me it wasn't their fault and it was the suppliers the fault. They said they knew they were fake at that point but it wasn't their fault because they, and I quote "didn't make them". So by their logic since they don't make a product that gives them a right to sell a counterfeit product. I called the police because I was not gonna let them steal my nearly 30 bucks. After about 5 minutes of me waiting and saying I was going to do a police report and report them to wa alcoholic and tobacco, they refunded me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. They even scanned their other goomz packages and they all went to the same fake scam linktree "website". THEY ARE ALL FAKE. And just for reference, when I just scanned my packages from tobacco town or Zakk's or NW supply, they take me to THE REAL TRYGOOMZ website... so that confirms that that one's nic hut are selling are 100% FAKE!. And, if they have one bad supplier selling 10+ options of counterfeit gummies (same brand), who knows how many other counterfeit products they are selling. Trust me guys, STAY AWAY THEY WILL SELL YOU FAKE PRODUCT THEN THREATEN YOU UNTIL YOU CALL THE POLICE. By the way, I will be calling and doing an online report to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board first thing tomorrow. People like this have no right to screw over customers for their hard earned money!

I like it here, and will go completely out of the way to come here, especially since the vape shops in my area are lame, or just have terrible customer service (one place I used to frequent, refused to give me a price for a certain e-juice over the phone, claiming they can't give pricing over the phone at all LOL) and it's right by my house. But, I'd rather come all the way over here, a 12 miles drive to and from to shop here, because their pricing is great, but their customer service is even better. The regular workers (Jack mainly) are super friendly and will often go out of their way to help you. On the other hand if I buy from the lady owner she'll INSIST ON CHARGING ME FOR BOTTLED WATER instead of using the faucet to fill it up. She even TOOK AWAY THE MICROWAVE SO WE CAN'T HEAT UP THE FOOD ANYMORE!!! SMH. And the husband is a TOTAL PRICK!!! I've NEVER SEEN HIM SMILE NOT ONE TIME IN THE 7 YEARS I've been there. He constantly complains if I happen to use my debit card more than one transaction per visit. Like dude I'm buying MORE STUFF FROM YER STORE RELAX!! In conclusion the owners need to seriously chill the F out and actually start replacing the products people are buying frequently. Stop assuming that everyones gonna steal from your store its totally rude how you stare at the customers when we're shopping.
