I'm visiting from AK and stopped in here to pick up my friend's order. While there I decided to take a look around for myself. They offer a wide variety of options in each category - flower, edibles, drinks etc. they have awesome sales and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can even bring your dog inside as long as they are on a leash! I would like to add that the first time I went there I was "greeted" by a very rude employee checking my ID. I'm not one to complain about service workers as I know we all have our days, but I didn't even receive a hello from this man and after reading other reviews I see it wasn't just me. Was spoken to extremely rudely by a female budtender with blonde hair, tall and on the larger side. I was trying to get cash out of the machine and their ATM was saying "ineligible transaction". I knew I had money in my account so I quickly asked if a couple other customers had Venmo, that way I could send someone money and they could get cash for me. I've had to do this at another weed store. However, apparently at AGT it is not permitted to get cash from other customers. Instead of kindly telling me this, however, the blonde budtender started yelling at me, "No! No! No. You can't do that here, absolutely not!" She was shaking her head at me with a threatening look. I didn't even get a chance to ask why because her tone of voice was so aggressive. I put my hands up in defense, I said, "I was just asking, you don't have to be rude about it". She gave me another, more intense scowl and said "Well. I'm telling you that you can't do that here." Before she left to the back room. My issue has nothing to do with not being able to get cash. My issue is with the attitude, tone of voice, and body language this budtender used to speak with me. How was I supposed to know it was not permitted to get cash from another customer? She could have kindly explained that, but instead chose to yell at me before explaining the policies. read more

The Best! I absolutely love this shop. I'm from CA and have been to loads of dispensaries and this is by far one of the best. Im always greeted with a smile and leave with zero complaints. Don't buy carts here. This is the first store where they have this rule of "has to be half full" I don't know how they determine that. What looks half to me is different to you. Absolutely the BEST dispensary in the area. I used to shop around based on whoever had the best deal on what I wanted to buy that day of the week, but now I exclusively go here. I love this cannabis shop. They have the best selection of weed, out of all the cannabis shops north of Bellevue. I've been to many shops but this one always takes the cake. I called A Greener Today to see if they had a product in stock. The associate who answered was very polite and helpful. When I went in tonight to purchase the item I was pleased to notice that their building is attractive, modern and secure looking. You enter their facility through a heavy metal door and then go up to a security window in their lobby to present your I.D. Once you have been cleared to enter, the door is buzzed open for you and you enter the store. Ed was very knowledgeable and helpful as I asked about additional products. Since I forgot to bring cash, I used the convenient ATM machine and made my purchase. I enjoyed the courteous, organized and professional environment. Will definitely return! read more

Terrible service. Came here looking for oil and they have legit ecc cured resin for $25 dollars yet I just looking online and any other store sells that same product for $15 dollars. Troy who said he was the manager gave the worst customer service ever. I bought two products and one was non-functional. I returned back to their facility to return it and they exchanged it for another which turned out to not be functional either. When I returned to exchange the second bad product they wanted to test my battery which I reluctantly allowed him to do. Upon returning I complained about my time and in return the so-called manager told me they were also very busy. Did I mention I was the only one in the store. Check before you wreck, I purchased $85 vape ,which didn't work,once I discovered that this product was a lemon after watching a how to video,I reached out to said business, for my recovery status if I returned the state of the art product. Okay so we've always had a good experience at this shop. But today we went in and talked to a woman named Tyson. Oh my God this woman is the absolute nicest person we've met in our two years of living here. She was so knowledgeable about all of the edibles and drinks and got me to try new things. She also chatted with us and taught us ways to make the trip and afterwords easier. So nice very friendly and didn't give us the "hurry it up" look that so many retail bothellites love to give. I will never return to this place simply for the fact I drove 20 minutes to this location to look at the weed before I bought it and was told I would have to drive all the way back home 20 MINUTES out and order from my whole My phone at home to get the 20% of deal.
