The vibe inside is the exact same as any other cannabis store. The people behind the counter work as hard as they are paid and I remind myself of that. Being that most of us REAL stoners don't want a conversation it is SO NICE that the budtenders don't hound you the minute you walk through the door as if you're a newbie who doesn't know what they're looking at. I love this shop and I'll come here every day of the week.

We always came here and avoided any other shops if we could. Lately, when I go in, I just feel like an inconvenience & a little more rushed. We used to go through the product and we would get amazing recommendations. Over the last couple of months however, the recommendations we've been getting have been not good at all. A few weeks ago, my boyfriend came home with a 1-ounce bag of Pineapple Express pre-rolls (skeptical but said he was told they are really, really good). No no no. They taste burnt, and when lit, the paper crumbled everywhere. Looking at the shake was pretty disappointing too. It just looked like sad, little, wet, ground up pieces of leaf. Months ago, we came home with an ounce of Pamir Gold (I think it is the one with the orange label) and it was so dry. I tried really hard to like it, but it was dry & weak. I don't write this to complain or sound picky, but we've always spent a lot of money and time there. I just don't enjoy going into what used to be my favorite shop, and my boyfriend doesn't trust the product value anymore.

Too many shops advertise that they have the greatest deals etc etc and it's complete bull. You will not find that here. They ALWAYS have the lowest prices and the quality is good at every price point. ***PHOTO SHOWS QUALITY OF a $15 EIGHTH!(23% THC)*** All of that is great but what stands out the most to me personally, is how they treat the customer with $5 or say $500, exactly the same.

I should have been tipped off by her general disinterest in showing me any of the product, but what can I say? I'm a little too trustworthy. I tried explaining this to the manager on the phone -- who wouldn't give his name but repeatedly asked for mine, saying "Who am I? I don't know who you are and I don't like giving my name over the phone." Lovely. Avoid at all costs unless you're into getting the wrong product and interacting with a jackass manager.

So I finally go in and everyone there is extremely bubbly and nice and I literally feel like I'm being served as a majesty....ive been in about 5-6 times so far and it's always a great 3min quick convo pay and leave....so I guess I'm not the type of person to expect people to be at my beck and call and I don't expect people to be nice....EVER...I can only control me so I really don't understand the negative reviews on here it just doesn't equate to my experience and I think if anyone reads this review just know that I totally approve of this place and I think it has some of the highest customer service compared to about 20 other stores I've tried in the last 5 years. P.S. please keep the cormorant sorbet stocked well xoxoxox thank you (bow out)
