I purchased a joint here, when I got home the weed had fallen out through the filter and was bent in half. They weren't able to do anything despite selling me faulty product that had not been smoked and have not been able to keep what I smoke in stock. I do not recommend wasting your money here. They are more expensive for what I bought but they were the closest option so I was paying for convenience. I will never go here again. The people were nice but as a business that doesn't mean much if they can't sell me product that can actually be used. read more

I bought my cartridge on Friday, but did not open until Monday because I was finishing my other cartridge. Per the picture, you can clearly see that the cartridge is full and the tip is free of debris (never used). All I wanted was to exchange for another not get my money back and they refuse to do that. On top of that, they don't accept Medical when they used to, not a fan of their policies and they've definitely went downhill since they moved locations. I will not be returning, which is sad because it was super conveniently located and I spent a good amount of money with them. Bummer. I could give a lower score I honestly would. I'm sitting in the car with tears streaming down my face on my birthday because some store employee said it was okay for me to be in the store while my boyfriend shopped as I realized at that moment I didn't have my physical id . I of course have these documents saved to my phone of course and wasn't going to be buying , but another employee, female, instead embarrassed us . Coming over to say that I needed to stand outside although the other employee confirmed he told us it was okay. We took our money elsewhere because I'm sorry you can be a decent human being to people and not tell someone who is visibly upset to go stand the eff outside in the cold on their birthday. Like no empathy explanation etc. My frustration lies with the fact that before I even walked in there to be embarrassed my partner asked for permission and made sure it was okay to be in there and that employee who told us yes was standing right there when the other kicked me out even though he told her it was good. read more

I will never be back. In all of my years shopping for cannabis, I have never once left stressed out and irritated. This store is not baby boomer friendly. Apparently, if you want the 40% discount, you can't just walk in and shop for items on sale. You have to make an online order while you're standing there in the store (stupid). And I was told I had to "do it myself."Go to the website. Enter a bunch of filters (and your email, which is BS). But wait, there's more. To get the discount there are different rules for different products on how much you can buy. Mind boggling, too much math. When I walked in, I said I was looking for a half ounce of whatever is on sale. Just give me some options to choose from. But no. Have to use the website. I asked for the highest THC level, and my bud tender said, "I don't do numbers, they aren't my thing." What? So I'm going to vent on Yelp because that's what I am yelp elite for right. I just drove 30 minutes out of my way after I placed an online order at this place because they had the products that I desired. I get inside and they have a few listed That they didn't have online so I negotiated my online order and then when we're checking out, he gives me a price of 146 which was the correct price then he turns around says no no no that's 186. he said that the 40% off was only for online orders and I said well I did place an online order he said yeah but not these two and I said you have but they're not online or else I would've put them on the order, he said well that's why they're not online. But originally he had said these were not online because there was only a few left. so now I'm sitting in the parking lot very confused. He was saying that he agrees as an employee that this is an unfair policy. So instead of getting what I wanted, I got about a quarter of what I wanted because I'm not paying their prices. Something that was normally $35 they're selling for 65. You gotta do better. As a consumer who goes out of their way to come and utilize your store and then will not get prices because of tiny little rules you've been implemented. Got screwed on an online order. What I ordered is not what I got, but foolish me didn't think to check the bag before leaving the store and I didn't take a receipt. I didn't notice until after I got home and went right back to question the %'s on what I got, which was half of what the item listings on their site says. I was told, "oh, the percents online are way off to what they really are." Then he proceeded to tell me he can't refund me, which I get it, but he wouldn't do anything about the fact that what they sold me wasn't what I ordered and he acknowledged that was correct. So, apparently they knew something's wrong with TWO item listings on their own site, but do nothing about it, AND don't tell customers. I really like this place, I stopped going to Local roots and found it pretty comfortable coming here. I've been to a few others in the area but I like how secure it feels knowing there's two doors people have to come through. It's a bit cramped but they maximized the space the best they can and are able to have a lot stocked which I prefer. Staff has always been nice too read more
