Honestly super helpful. Nephew was in town and wanted to partake. I'm a basic edibles B and have no preference on , but the dude helping was awesome with the nephew. And my s'mores edibles were absolute fire. read more

Some of the best selections in a 75 mile radius. The staff is knowledgeable, and inviting. The prices are reasonable and when it comes to eatables, they are lower then nearby competitors. You're able to walk around and look at their inventory and not feel as though you're in some cattle line. read more

Nice shop with a good selection. Love the fire line and omg options! Unfortunately they are slightly on the more spendy side compared to other shops in the area. Still worth a stop by when in the area. read more

Very sketchy area this shop is in and not much better when you go inside. Had many products shoved in my face before I could even ask for what I was looking for. They showed me some of their top shelf cannabis but product inside looked way to dry but when you say no thanks they get upset and treat you with no patience. I ended up buying a Fireline eighth that was recommended once I arrived home and opened it the cannabis smelled like hay plus crumbled into dust. I called them but they hung up after I described my issue? Thanks but no thanks as I went to their competitor at PRC on 172nd about 1 mike away and found same Fireline strain and bought it, unlike Cascade Kropz stuff this cannabis by the same company was Amazing‼‼‼ PRC IS WAY BETTER read more

Spent a decent amount of time and money here and today walk away extremely disappointed; unfortunately we won't be back. We were sold their most expensive battery and it doesn't work. Even if it did work there's a lot of things about it we don't like that weren't described to us at the time of purchase even though we asked a lot of questions. We bought two cartridges from them at the same time, both cartridges only work on one of the three settings and they're spotty at best. The cartridge also moves around alot in the battery. After seeing how it's intended to work, even though it doesn't, we don't want another of the same type. They don't have a different variety in the same price range as we bought the most expensive one. So I either trade down and throw away the difference or exchange it for another color of the same product. They are unwilling to take any money out of the till for a return and will only allow an exchange. Because "money can't come out of the till." Cool, I can also make it so money doesn't come out of my pocket. Sad. read more

Are you kidding. Hands down, the best in the PNW. Excellent customer service from all of the Bud Tenders. Their knowledge and subject matter expertise is nothing short of Ganjier quality. I always feel welcomed and my story and narrative is received and the quality of information to address certain needs has always been present. Integrity, knowledge, empathetic and pragmatic. These are but a few qualities of Cascade. Prices are reasonable amd quality top notch. Thank you Cascade!!! read more

Was up in the area for a doc appointment, had time to kill and found it right off. Low prices, nice people. Only thing missing are some discounts. Will definitely be back. read more

Yet another shop out in the boonies......difficult to find....tucked away behind a large green building only accessible by gravel road...whenever I'm up north, I'm pretty apprehensive about wondering down dirt roads that may lead into some angry redneck's property line....but making the treck here is worth it. They carry some of the better brands such as Fireline and Artizen at much better prices than you would find down in King county near Seattle or Bellevue....and some line of products you won't even be able to find down south...Nice to have some new variety. read more

I've been shopping here for several years now and am going to stop due to some sketchy activity at check out for my order placed online. They've started changing my order while checking me out. I've bothered to select products based on their thc levels. I pay more for smaller quantities because why smoke pot if it's not doing it's job. I use pot to combat the side effects one of my meds gives me. I have chronic severe pain. Now I'm printing my order before I go to the store and hopefully the new store will provide me with a fresh and potent product. One that I ordered. And if there has to be changes I'd like to discuss those changes before I pay. I wish you hadn't started doing that. I enjoyed shopping here. read more

Traveling up and down the I-5 corridor from Olympia to Bellingham for work. Of course we stop at A LOT of restaurant (and Targets ) but I usually keep my weed buying close to home. Until the other day when I was exhausted from fighting traffic and being in the car and my sweet bf said you need to smoke some weed. He was right. So I just asked my girl Siri to hook me up with "a weed store near me" and voila. Cascade Kropz. The bud tender was friendly and I told her what I liked and then said I'd be open to suggest as well as she made a suggestion. We had some funny banter back and forth that ended with a fist bump and I was gone. Most of the times recommendations are trash when it come to mj because everyone's chemistry is soooo different, but mm m! That was some good weed. I've got to head back up that way today and will probably go just a bit out of my way to shop there again. So... friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, good prices, good weed. Oh! And I gave her a tip and she said all of their tips go to the local food bank because they are so well taken care of by their employers! Take note you local businesses complaining about not being able to find workers! All it takes is to get paid enough to feel valued! (And be able to afford fucking rent!) read more

This is my absolute favorite shop. I drive 20 minutes past the closest one to my house because of the customer service, selection and great prices. I have been to plenty of shops, and the reoccurring theme seems to be unfriendly staff who seem annoyed if I ask questions. I would consider myself to be an uneducated stoner, I appreciate that the folks at cascade kropz never make me feel dumb, awkward, or less than. I'll always drive the extra distance for them read more
