I want to give Floyd's the BIGGEST shout out humanly possible! I wish I had the strength to snap a photo, because this place? Straight out of a fairytale, and I mean that from the very first puff. Rewind with me: Me and my daughter, finally home after a long, expensive, and emotionally exhausting trip. (Still pissed at Canada , but I'll keep it PG. Barely. ) They wouldn't let me through the border with my family for the dumbest reason. Treated me like I was trafficking bricks, not just trying to cross with my kid. My family had to keep going so my son could make his sports event on time, and I had to turn back solo, heartbroken and heated. Fast forward: I'm driving home, emotionally wrecked, and then ZOOM past this little spot. Wait! URCH! Reverse. I see Floyd's, up a staircase like some kind of magical oasis. First thing in my head? "You have GOT to be shitting me." But I climbed those stairs anyway, because something told me it was worth it. And let me tell you... that first step was the start of magic. Pain relief? Emotional relief? HUMAN KINDNESS? All of it. As I struggled my way up, I heard it!! "You're almost there!" Like a sign from the universe, delivered with the warmest welcome and a contagious laugh. It was just what I needed. Yes, there were a few stairs. Yes, I was talking to myself trying to survive them. And yes, these absolute rockstars heard it all and STILL greeted me like ROYALTY. They don't offer medical prices yet, I was told. But they still gave me a discount, just because they cared. That gesture hit me deep after the day I'd had. They reminded me I wasn't crazy, that I was seen, and that people still lead with heart. The vibes? Immaculate. The product? The kindness? Off the charts. I'll absolutely be back next time I'm in the area. These two are amazing humans who know their stuff, and they made a tough day so much brighter. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. read more

To Whom It May Concern, I live in the home next to your business and I'm reaching out because I've had ongoing issues that have not been addressed despite multiple attempts to resolve them directly. I have video footage showing your employees dumping trash and broken glass onto my lawn, as well as directing customers to urinate on my private property. This has happened more than once and has become a serious concern. I've called several times to report these incidents and asked to speak with a manager. Each time, I was told a lead manager would contact me during business hours, but I have not received any follow-up. At this point, I am asking that the owner contact me directly so we can address this and prevent it from continuing. I have saved all video evidence and will pursue formal complaints if this matter is not resolved. read more

While visiting from California, I stopped by Purple Haze with zero knowledge of their products because companies don't cross over between the two states. These guys were so kind and patient, answering all my questions, recommending their favorites, and just chatting with me while I shopped. I was beyond shocked and excited about the cheaper prices out here already, but then they had daily specials and a new member discount on top of it all. Would have given 4 stars but, beware, if you use the ATM at their location your account will be charged $1.00 each time you use the ATM regardless of whether you actually withdraw cash or not. I would say just don't check your balance, but there is no option not too. One dollar RipOff each time. Bad business practice. Okay first of all, love the vibes walking in! The edibles and flower were separated on opposite ends of the store with a wall in between displaying pipes. I love how they organized their selection on the shelves and on their menu. Made it so much easier to make sense of things. Their prices are good, they also give discounts to members. read more

If your colored with tattoos I'd advice going somewhere where your not looked at like a "thug" or criminal. I like this place. The best part about it is the menu. Most weed stores just have shit behind the counter and u do your best to find what they have in stock. This place has tvs that they use as rotating menus so u can see what all they have. read more

This is my favorite dispensary in Everett. It's the only one I will go to in the city. They are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products in stock. They are adequately staffed with plenty of bud tenders to get you in and out quickly, but I have also never felt rushed. Walking into Purple Haze is like walking into a friend's home. read more

Place is open late which is nice but it's super expensive even in terms of dispensaries and very small selection according to my friends. They won't accept vertical ID even if you have multiple forms of identification, credit cards, etc. and wouldn't let me sit inside their walk way, kicked me out on the cold porch to sit while I waited for my friend to shop. read more

I drive a Ford- 350, so parking at this place is a challenge. Street parking out front, and I guess there's parking in the back. I didn't try parking in the back because the back road was so small. Just wasn't worth it. This isn't my usual place. I was in the area and thought I'd go. I've smoked better. And I feel like for the money I spent, I didn't get the amount I would get from my usual place. I asked for the really heady stuff. Bought 3 different stands. Walked into my normal place (kushmart) which was packed so I decided to come down the street and give purple haze a try.. I was barely even greeted at the door. Budtender was a blonde, had none of the strains memorized, had to reference the board for everything, was rude/over all seemed like she didn't want to be there.
