I have been buying from Herbal Nation for several years now…read more Today the manager/owner, Mitchell (I hope I got his name right), was my budtender. He patiently explained the difference between two similar products and recommended which might work better for me. He took the time to offer suggestions on other products as well I never felt rushed or that he was in a hurry to get me out of the store. No matter which budtender I have ever interacted with, I have always found the entire staff to be knowledgeable about the products, patient and very polite. I highly recommend Herbal Nation for your cannabis needs!

I asked before ordering if tap-to-pay was working since it's been unavailable in the past, and was told yes. At checkout, it didn't work, and I was then told tap-to-pay wasn't available. I was using the same physical card connected to my tap-to-pay, so the situation was confusing and frustrating. After this experience, I won't be returning. The communication felt inconsistent, and with similar prices available across the street, there's really no reason for me to come back.

I'm not one to complain about service workers as I know we all have our days, but I didn't even receive a hello from this man and after reading other reviews I see it wasn't just me. I will add that the second time I went in the person checking IDs was much friendlier!

Too many shops advertise that they have the greatest deals etc etc and it's complete bull. You will not find that here. They ALWAYS have the lowest prices and the quality is good at every price point. ***PHOTO SHOWS QUALITY OF a $15 EIGHTH!(23% THC)*** All of that is great but what stands out the most to me personally, is how they treat the customer with $5 or say $500, exactly the same.

The current employees don't offer any recommendations, they don't know Indica from Sativa unless they read the package, and lots of the time they can't even find the products they sell. They used to have low prices and that has changed too. There are signs on display cases that advertise that products are 20-30% off and you used to get the discount at the register. Now you're told that the price on the package already reflects the discount, IMO that's pretty shady. The owner is a nice guy so I'll stop by occasionally to see if he straightens things out but there's no reason for me to shop at Club 99 right now.

Buds Garage used to be my go-to shop, hosting a wide collection and offering expert customer…read moreservice but they're unfortunately not what they used to be anymore. Most of the staff is friendly, but in the past few visits I overheard them talking poorly of customers who had either just walked out or telling stories of a bad customer from a day before. Because of this I'm now usually in and out, I don't want to talk with them. Today I tried returning a defective cartridge for the second time ever. I usually buy 2 vapes per week and have only had to return something once but had zero issue before. This time was different. The guy with a ponytail came out saying he wouldn't accept it without even talking to me, then made up three more reasons why he wouldn't take it after further discussion. One of the reasons was that it was slightly less than halfway full. I explained that it exploded in my mouth and then in my bag on a hike over the weekend, and he said he didn't care. I'm understanding that people try to rip them off a lot but even the employee next to him seemed confused by this guy's attitude. She was apologetic as I walked out and he walked off shaking his head, which was the exact way he showed up so... not the best customer service. Bottom line, the recent experiences have driven me to find a different store as of today.
