They must think they are the only dispo in the area. Recently increased prices on all products anywhere from 25-40% depending on the product. There are several other places in close proximity that have fair market prices and stackable discounts. read more

Staff is amazing, very helpful. Unfortunately they like to put products out and can't sell it for what ever reason. 4x in a row can't get the products I like and had to go somewhere else. Can't even hide the product to help the frustrations. Again staff is amazing! read more

I use to buy hellvated joints from them but ever since last month they changed their prices from 4.40 to 7 dollars now. it's crazy because down the road at green dream they sell it for cheaper and never changed the price just because it became popular. I would recommend going to green dream instead. better customer service to read more

This place is awesome and I keep returning because they are up-to-date with product inventory, prices are at industry standards and I'm always welcomed in with a smile . I never hesitate to leave a substantial tip because their employees (shout out Levi and Sebastian) give excellent customer service. It's like they've known me forever. I'm very picky and appreciate their willingness to listen and then help me with what I wanted and needed. Levi, thanks for the goods you helped me pick out last week, they were spot on. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed . read more

The only thing that's 5 stars is the staff. The team is AMAZING at their job.. if upper management/ownership could get their shit together and use the last couple brain cells they have left, and pay their valuable employees their worth especially ones who go above and beyond their job duties and their work ethic is top tier... and stop listening to the ones who just there to collect a paycheck.. just another business looking to collect.. but what do I know, i am but a lonely black smith. read more

Amazing staff that's always super friendly and knowledgeable! They do get busy in the afternoon/evening time but I've never waited more than 15 minutes or so. read more

Been here handful of times. 2x, including today they could not fill my order. If you don't have inventory don't sell it on your site! An hour round trip for no product is unacceptable. Failure of management. read more

I drove by the vault in Savannah Arlington on my way home from work and periodically stop in. I stopped in today and they had a new girl working and the owner was there as well.. I was really surprised at how great their prices were. I walked out of there for $30 and got a bag of edibles and like three things of high-level THC juice. No complaints and I'll keep returning on my way home from work. read more

I love this place. I love that they pay attention to who comes in next so you don't get skipped over. I love that they may not remember your name, but they definitely remember you. I feel like all the employees are amazing thanks to Thier super awesome new manager!! read more

I've only been here recently (in the past 5-6 months) so I can't comment on the previous low scoring posts, but I will say recently they seem to be pretty organized. They have people who check IDs, never really a line, always there to help me whenever I need. I usually just go in and they ask what I need. I'll tell them what I'm looking for (which is usually just some hybrid and sativa pre-rolls) and they'll just go back and grab me some. They'll offer to explain each one to me, but I don't really need details personally. Everyone here has been friendly and nice and I will continue to come here, especially because it's like 5 minutes from my home. I'd say the selection is pretty good too in my opinion. read more

I'm not understanding why this place has a bad rap. I'm always greeted by someone friendly and knowledgeable. Oh, there's a selection to choose from! Which can be overwhelming, but that's why they have people to guide you. All of June the whole store is 20% off, so why wouldn't you want to go? It's easy to get to, in a safe area and for the price it's all truly fantastic! read more

So still having issues getting help here. Always will be a problem I guess. I waited patiently but then when it was my time the girl asked what I'm looking for, I said wax and she pointed me towards the shelf with it. Then continued to help someone else behind me and said I will come back once you're ready. So I had to get back in line right away because yes I knew where wax was but I had questions. So she continued to help the person behind me. He asked questions and everything just like I would. So idk what there doing here. Manager needs to get it together or get new employees all around. If you are able to go the distance, I would recommend Floyd's in Everett on Rucker. Always attentive and always willing to help everybody who comes through the door. Plus they even help make sure you get enough to get fully high. I was short $5 and they paid out of the tips for it for me. Crazy good customer service there; especially when compared to the vault in lake Stevens. It's like the vault doesn't even have a foot in the game. Lol read more

I love this place! The owner and employees are a awesome company!! They know their cannabis for recreational and medical. God sent! read more

They are located on hwy 9 in lake stevens. They have new staff, however the new staff like the old ones are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always have sales, which for me is a plus. They also have something like a punch card system using your phone number so you can accrue discounts that way as well. All in all one of my favorite dispensaries. read more

I don't know why some people are bitchin about service. Every time I go there the service is great.Friendly people and good weed.

Uh not impressed People didn't know what they have (when the one time I went maybe better now but I'm not going back because it's too far when I have z kushmart SE like a block away) If you live near there then it's good for you If you want to travel to see, yeah don't waste your time read more

Awesome customer service, they keep me coming back!!! Face. They also have great in-store discounts, also have an awesome selection. Great bang for your buck!!! read more

The staff is always helpful and kind! Munchie Mondays are the days I come in for my edibles and they remember me every time. Some staff members are knowledgeable about the edibles I ask about and others (maybe 2 at most ) were honest and said that while they didn't care for a specific or have knowledge of a kid of edible - they always tell me what they do know. I think the prices are fine and the selection is always more than plenty. read more

This is usually my go to place even though I struggle to find anyone with medical knowledge Recreation side is great. They refused to let my UK friend in. They said they couldn't prove his ID wasn't fake even though he is in his 40s. So we went elsewhere. I've stopped going recently with the change of daily specials. It was nicer when it was by the type of product vs the name. Now the usual stuff i get is all on different days. The drive was worth it when i could get everything I needed in 1 day. read more

Decided to try them again, as I've heard they've improved...NOT!! My wife stopped in and came home with fucking 3 month old shit! And no fucking discount on it. She didn't even think to check the date, since most reputable shops wouldn't sell shit that old, or at least discount the fuck out of it. This place sucks.. read more

The Vault Cannabis - This was bought on 5/25/20, over 3 fucking months old and no discount! This place fucking sucks ass!!! - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Lake Stevens, Washington

With regards to ADA compliance, I'd give them a 0-star rating. I am blind, and called to ask for help today 4/20/20, to place an order. The discount is for online orders only. I explained that online ordering was not an option, I am blind. They told me, "No exceptions! If you don't use our online menu, you must come in the store." Where are ADA equal access and reasonable accommodations? It is Non-existent, for the blind. The Vault doesn't care to help the blind. read more

Every time I go in the staff is super sweet and helpful! They always seem to have a decent selection. It's also always busy when I go in but they are well staffed so this has never been a problem! read more

Everyone in there is so lovely! the energy is great, and all the products are clearly displayed on shelves you can get close to. i really appreciate that. i was helped by a girl named kylie, she was SO sweet and patient with me even though it was busy and i was a bit scatter brained. she was very knowledgeable and kind. would definitely recommend the vault to my buddies :) thank you kylie! read more

The vault always is a reliable pick for affordable dabs! Not the best bud wise, I'd go to KushMart in everett. The staff is always nice and usually willing to answer any questions you may have. Just have an idea of what you want and they'll know for sure! read more

Need to figure out their ID policy, just was denied with my vertical And temporary document. When I've been coming he regularly since waiting for my horizontal and haven't had any issues before. You can literally look me up with your reward points. read more

Although their overall LACK of medical discounts , and higher price averages than many of my GoTo 502's , at least at this location you can typically expect WELL STOCKED inventory , occasional promotions to get folks like me in, a SPIN WHEEL OF DISCOUNTS, and USUALLY a knowledgeable staff, better than average, since after their first two years. Because of HEAVY MEDICAL DISCOUNTS AT OTHER LOCATIONS, I don't shop here as 19.8% OFF / 29.8% OFF SHOWS A TRUE RESPECT for medical patients with actual severe long-term chronic pain. read more

FALSE ADVERTISING. The Vault offers in-store pick up through Leafly.com. There it says "order online and save 20%". I placed an online order today and when I arrived at the store they would not honor the discount, they wanted full price. They said that discount had been removed "about 3 weeks ago". I told them they are still advertising the discount online. The MOD/PIC told me he wouldn't honor the discount, couldn't change the website, and I could use their in-store ATM (which charges an absurd transaction fee). I've been a customer at the Vault since around the time it opened but I'm not shopping here anymore. Would rate 0 if it was an option. read more

5/27/2020 Order places over an hour and still not picked. Would have been quicker to just go in. Service is a joke. I'll shop somewhere else. Curbside service is a joke. I arrived first and serviced last. Had to call again after 10 minute wait. Come on you guys can do better read more

This used to be my favorite dispo but the manager is rude to customers and staff alike and I won't be going back until there is new management. read more

This store is very clean, the staff is very nice and they try to be helpful, overall it has so much potential.... BUT... for the last two years or so I have consistently purchased between 300-600$ worth of product per month. Then after two years the product my wife and I loved suddenly disappeared. Normally I wouldn't blame a business for this but it turns out, this company orders through corporate headquarters... so someone at a desk, in front of a computer however many miles away chooses what product to re order for a store!? There is ZERO logic in this and on multiple occasions I've gone in and heard multiple people with the same complaint. It's a shame because this used to be an awesome store, now they never have the products they actually need for their customers and their workers are clearly frustrated at this. I guess after my 8th strikeout with them I am moving my $ to a store that actually orders what their paying customers want read more

I will start by saying I've been a regular customer for a couple years at the lake Stevens location happily. HOWEVER I came in to the lake Stevens location today. The website says if you're wearing Seahawks gear you get 25% off (as it is Sunday). When the employee rang me up she did not give a discount. When I asked about the discount for Seahawks gear, the response I received was, well frankly, unacceptable. "The website is a Seahawks fan but I am not. Of you had Patriots gear I would give you the discount." At first I assumed it was a joke, but then she refused to give me the discount and charged full price. I went out of my way to come here as a loyal customer. This experience has me questioning whether I should return to the vault. Let me be clear: this is false advertising read more

By far the best dispensary around. They have amazing deals constantly, and a great point system too. The girls in the morning are so helpful and always have smiles on their faces. They actually take the time to talk to you about your day and you don't feel like just another customer. read more

It does not matter if you are looking for a certain high or have medicinal needs, they will help you find the product or products that are just right for you. This is not some hole in the wall location, it is very nice building right on HWY 9 in Lake Stevens with plenty of parking and are open until midnight 7-days a week. This is the only place I go to get stocked up and they seem to have specials going on all the time that save me $$$. read more

Staff is always rude, and they are not covid compliant when it comes to mask wearing. As a cancer patient, getting supplies is necessary, but scary dealing with this place because of that. read more

The Vault is a strange pot shop. Instead of employing "budtenders" to help you select a product they have glass display cases and you're left to wander around on your own. If you find something you like you walk up to the counter and ask for it just like buying cigarettes at 7-11. The Vault provides zero customer service but they have the highest prices I've seen in Snohomish county, I don't get it! read more
