The last 2 times I went in I did an online order. I waited for over an hour before going there. I came in and they put my order together right then. They weren't busy. One of the times I went in nobody was in sight. After a minute of standing there I heard a girl say she would be right there. A couple minutes later, her and a guy came out from the back and she put my online order together right then. I was standing out there for several minutes. I could have cleared them out if I wanted to. The service has become shitty. Hire people who care. read more

I live right down the street from the Joint , so I started using them for all my cannabis needs , very excited that it was so convenient , and fairly priced, for the first year it was amazing the bud tenders where great , always had great deals , they where super helpful and just all around awesome, now I am a great tipper, because myself , I have worked for tips In my life , every purchase at least 5 dollars, and most of the bud tenders appreciated me for understanding they live off those tips , until they hired this this one guy that ruined it for everyone , he was always arrogant, self entitled and quite often rude unless you where his type Now I don't go around wasting my time on truly any reviews good nor bad but , My husband and I are older I am in my 50s and he is in his 60 s and we have literally worked 2 jobs or whole lives just to have the little we have , while raising 6 children who grew up to be truly amazing contributors to society, never made enough to send any of them to college without them working and paying as well , now we are grandparents still working , hoping to retire someday soon , I gave up my day job to daycare for my kids because we all know no can afford daycare , so quite often I would have to send my husband by to grab my cannabis for me, so the nice bud tenders in the beginning set up notes on my account to help my sweet husband out when he came in now the rules of a dispensary is must be 21 or older , have a valid ID , and cash right , which my husband absolutely follows every time he went in for me plus I insist he tip as well as me , so he would always use our phone number or my name to look up my account and read the notes to make sure he was getting the right items , until one day he came home with everything I had in the notes not to get !! 200 dollars worth and 120 of it none refundable , plus the hefty tip which I always had him give regardless of one bad bud tender , because they share and none of the rest of them where arrogant asses !! That day this guy was so rude , and mean to my husband, he refused to look at the notes , told my husband if he did not know what he was doing he did not need to be there and forced him to make his own account for any kind of discount , mind you I patron the joint at least once a week sometime twice never spending less the 100 dollars because of the convenience and of course the amazing bud tenders that WHERE there .. so when I went in to get some of my money back and have this man explain to me why he did this to my husband , they where horrible, he was his rude arrogant self , which I always tried to avoid after experiencing him the first time , I literally would just turn around and walk back out if I seen him at the counter and go right up the street to any other dispensary, to avoid him , which of course would deprive all his fellow coworkers of there tips .. but seriously not this time my husband is a sweet 67 year old white guy that is always smiling and has worked 2 jobs for 50 years and I sent him in there to be abused by this man !! Well I didn't get any of my money back in fact because I am a 54 year old white women with a valid complaint they were rude and told me to never come back they didn't need my business.. which is fine because dispensary are a dime a dozen around here and I can just go to the next !! The reason I took the time to write this is because this place dose not value your hard earned money , and with everything getting more and more expensive, they should !!! I feel horrible for the awesome bud tenders that are still there , but hopefully they will stand up to him and put there foot down to keep there money , because one bad apple should not ruin it for everyone else !!! Now I go to ZIPS on evergreen where they treat you with respect regardless of the way you look , and there products are of extremely great quality!!!! They make you feel like your money is worth something to them and it's wonderful!!! Please don't patron places that don't give to cents about you , we all deserve better then that !!! Thank you for this every expense life lesson and cheers to you the joint , I was able to make an official complaint with the better business bureau for the thousands of dollars I had already spent there prior to them telling me I was worth nothing!! And have emailed the owner in hopes he fixes these kind of issues!!! For the rest of his hard working staff !! read more
