They do have an ATM on site, of course. We avoided this place for a while after a chance awkward interaction the first time, but now we keep noticing sales and specials online. We tried again and now it's my dude's main stop. Nice kids, great deals, and he sends them all his business. I still love how these places smell, and lots of the product names are very clever.

Super welcoming, they don't see race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or even class distinctions. I feel happy sending money here. They're helpful and never condescending. There are many times the employees could have judged my husband and I, and in my experience, other stores would have judged and gave us the stink eye, but not once have I felt that I don't belong there or that my money isn't appreciated. 5/5 service and prices. Fair return rules and there is almost always a sale going on. You can actually return a faulty cart with a receipt and they won't give you any attitude. The selection is great;however, their best products tend to be flower and they have an awesome preroll section. They have a fair amount of edibles and a varied drink selection. Cartridge selection is pretty nice and prices vary, but the most affordable cart is around $18 (Jan 2024 prices). They also give money to a few charities in the area, one being the local food bank, which is always awesome.

They said there's no specific return date as long as I have the original packaging and the receipt. Well two out of the six cartridges I had broken halfway through. These weren't cheap cartridges by the way they were $60 each. So I brought them back with the receipt. At first, they said they can only do one of the cartridges and return them. Then looking at the receipt she said she can't return both of them because it was a few weeks ago that I had got them. I specifically asked the manager what was their return policy and I told her that was told to me and she still said that she couldn't do it and proceeded to gave me some fake speech about how they couldn't do it after a certain period of time. Even though my best friend comes to the same smoke shop and has returned cartridges that more a month or two old and other employees return them. Safe to say I will never shop here again and I will not be recommending this like I used to anymore.

The windows are wrapped but inside the place is clean, tidy, bright, and cheerful. It doesn't have quite the heavy security some bud stores do--no bollards in front, no gateway when you enter. Just walk through the door like you're going next door for pho or a gyro. High-visibility real estate is its own layer of security. There are clean glass display cases, some signage, and a few shelves of product. I came in for a high-boost pain-reliever balm called Dragon (black), and they had 3 variants of it available. I was out the door a couple minutes later, after a very friendly, upbeat, helpful conversation. There's an ATM inside since ya can't use credit. I would definitely come back here and happily shop for other stuff, too.
