I'm so excited to have found ETC. They have a great selection of excellent quality kratom, at very reasonable prices. I've been using kratom for a few years now, and was previously of the opinion that brick and mortar sales of kratom were always rip-offs. I have chronic back pain, and it flared up last week. I didn't want to wait for my online source to ship, so I found ETC here on yelp and decided to try it. The shop is clean and shiny and the customer service was great. They apologized multiple times for making me wait, and I only waited about 5 minutes. There are video games to play while waiting. Most importantly though, ETC sells lots of kratom strains, in powder form, by the gram, for about what I've been paying online (it's actually a tiny bit less). They also sell their kratom in capsules (unbranded - I think they fill their own capsules, which is good) but I didn't bother checking the prices on that because I wanted powder. I had only intended to buy a little bit to last me until I could receive an online order, but I ended up ordering 250g because the price was so good and the kratom looked lovely. They encouraged me to mix and match strains, in any amounts, to try them, which was fun. I can't do that with an online vendor. I chose red strains this time. They're good for my pain and I like to use them for comparison purposes. The kratom quality at ETC is really great. It's at least as good as my online vendor, possible better, and I spent a year finding a quality online vendor. The ETC powder is finely ground, and smells and tastes the way it should. The weight was right, and they gave me 10g free for paying in cash. I bought 7 strains, and they offered to keep track of what strains I'd purchased, so that we could track what I've bought and liked (I keep track myself, so I didn't need it, but that's a rad service). I didn't need to ask many questions, but they seem knowledgeable and happy to help. I'm going to go back soon and get some of the green and white strains. ETC is excellent for kratom, and I like being able to support a local business, while still getting great quality at a competitive price. read more

If you're looking for a smoke/vape shop and live in the Everett area don't waste your time going anywhere else and come straight here. The owners Paul and Sam are the most respectful , knowledgeable and polite store owners I have ever encountered in all of my smoke shop experiences. I stopped in one day to buy a bottle of juice and they asked my name and we're very polite so I decided to come back a couple of weeks later to buy a vape tank. I was shocked and very surprised that when I walked in the door I was greeted with "Hello John". I was very surprised that they had remembered my name from my visit two weeks prior but that is the kind of people that Paul and Sam are. Most shops main concern is getting you to spend your money and truthfully don't have much knowledge in the products they sell well not Paul and Sam. They are the most knowledgeable people in the areas of Vape and smoke as well as kratom I have ever met and truly just want you to leave happy with your purchase and do everything possible to make sure that is the case. I won't even bother going to any other smoke shops now because of the treatment I have received at the Everett Tobacco Company. If they don't carry what you're looking for they will order it just for you and have it there in a timely manner. The Everett Tobacco Company has the best customer service by far that I have ever received at any smoke shop or store for that matter. This is definitely my smoke/vape shop of choice and with the treatment you receive it is worth driving out of the way to give them a chance. I guarantee that you will be back simply off of there awesome treatment to the customer ,great personalities and knowledge of product. If their knowledge and customer service isn't a good enough reason to give them a try their prices are as they are some of the lowest I have seen . Great shop here with specialty items that aren't sold much in Seattle. Sam and Paul are great people and I always have a good laugh whenever I come here! The kratom selection is top notch and they can always blend the varieties to get the right effect for your needs. If you're in pain and need something for it, they'll recommend a strain or two. Sometimes you need something with more energy, they have something for that as well. One nice thing is they keep track of what you ordered so on your next visit, you can tell them you either liked it or if you want a different effect this time. I really enjoyed the last mix they gave me and will probably get the same again for my back pain. They also have things I haven't seen before, like a new hot Euro thing at the moment: powdered cocoa to sniff....hmmm I wasn't adventurous this time. But some of the CBD products looked interesting and I've never seen or heard of before. I'm a super newbie to vaping. So I walked in to ETC earlier today with an icky poo yucky broken vape puffing machine thing. Was gifted to me from a dear friend and I don't know one thing about vaping mechanisms. I walked out in love with my vape thingy now. There's starburst juice in it too my choice of sample. My first time ever here in the store. A jewel in the rough. Great first impression. A very welcoming ambiance. Friendly, informative, should I say, likeable guy there named Paul.. Nice experience for a first-timer like me. I just gave up smoking and now trying to look for a nicer, cleaner substitute to cigarette smoking. N' I found one. This is the place to go to, teeming with myriad collection of products. I like the product first recommended to me, Bad Drip & Tortoise Blood. Don't get turned off by their names though. I enjoy them so much more than my favorite cigarette. Hands down. No awful after-taste in the mouth. No foul cigarette smoke. It is just superb. Wow!!!! I so wish we would have found this place sooner. Not only are their prices better than any vape/smoke shop in the Everett area (yes we've tried them all) but the customer service and knowledge of the owners is incredible. They have tons of flavors to try while your there, a free arcade game, and even a couch to chill on for a bit if you just want to relax. My wife and I went in for the first time about a week ago and they were so great, helped us pick out some new juices and explained some information I didn't know about vaping. We went in again just to get coils and they never push us to buy more than we need and often have us just "try" something while there with no expectations that we'll buy. This place is amazing. I went in after researching Kratom online as an alternative to prescription medication for pain/anxiety. I already had experience with this miraculous plant but the husband and wife running this shop are beyond knowledgeable!!! Not only was the service prompt and easy to understand but they explained some things to me I was not aware of. Very price competitive with reputable online shops once you factor in shipping and they'll make custom blends for you as well if you explain what you need it for, If you're tired of medications that only seem to make you feel sicker the longer you're on them I really recommend this as another option. I was so happy to find this shop! I have never purchased my Kratom from a smoke shop before, only purchase it from certified vendors online. That is, until I found this hidden gem! They test their product to ensure you're getting what you paid for. They have a HUGE variety of strains in not only powder, but capsules as well. They can even make blends for you (I got a red/green/white maeng da blend)! Their prices are very competitive with online vendors and you even get a discount for paying with cash. I need to rate this store 10/5 stars. I moved away after being a frequent customer here; I was gone about 2 years. When I moved back, Sam remembered me by first AND last name. She remembered everything about me. She's the sweetest, most caring shop owner I've ever encountered and I gladly call her my friend. She even gifted my 1.5 yr old son a (not cheap) stuffed toy, offers him suckers, and is overall just genuinely kind. Paul's alright lol jk, he's also amazing. I love you guys! There are hundreds of smoke shops in the area but this one stands out for their customer service alone. The owners are incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable. Not only do they have a great price match policy, they're also all about community and supporting local businesses which makes them definitely stand out! The shop is down the street from a friends' house who frequents it at least a few times a week. Always clean, always adding new products -- even started carrying the specific brand/size of tubes I use just because I asked. There is more to this little shop than what is in its name. This shop has husband & wife, owners, that far exceeded any customer service I've experienced anywhere, in a long time. The first time I went in, the husband was so helpful. I didn't feel rushed, I left feeling more educated. My second time in, wife was calling me by first name. I felt like I was talking to a friend and teacher. They even invited my pup in and when I was finished, they sent us on our way with doggie treats. Stopped in today for the first time with my husband and man oh man is this place perfect! We got back into vaping 2 weeks ago after stopping while I was pregnant. I recently picked up my first mod and my husband is still on his k4 kit set up. The guy who helped us (owner I think?) was phenomenal! Gave my husband some great advice for what kind of mods would be good for him, but wasn't pushy when he wasn't ready to buy one quite yet. So I heard about this gem of a shop in line at the grocery store, the couple ahead of me were talking about how wonderful the customer service was and how knowledgeable they were about there products. I came in curious about kratom for the pain in my lower back and they took alot of time listening to me about what was going on with me. Spotted this smoke shop and combination vape shop along the side of Everett Mall Way and I am glad I stop by. They have a cool relaxing environment with some barstool chairs you can sit and test out their large selection of e-juices that they offer. I also enjoy their huge selection of practical and artistic glass pieces and dab rigs. They have the best prices in my opinion.
