When I walked into the store, I was graded with a hello and how are you today? The store was clean and the owner was very nice. The employees seem very about tobacco products and glassware. They had many different things in their store which had my eyes wondering, what's that or how do you use that, absolutely seem like this place has it together and I will be returning to them their prices on tobacco. This place tells customers they no longer want them as customers once they come back to return something and are very rude when you have more knowledge about a product than they do. This shop is poorly ran and orders never come on time. I will not be returning ever again as a younger male employee told me he'd rather not have me as a customer again after doing absolutely nothing wrong without any attitude. All I came i for was a simple vape pen swap and was given nothing but attitude and they tax you double than they should. Loved them at first but overtime their true colors have shown and I will not recommend this shop to ANYONE on EVERGREEN WAY. I wouldn't even give this one star. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and inviting, but recently discovered that a vaporizer I purchased (that WAS sealed) was a COUNTERFEIT! This was communicated to me after I contacted the manufacturer because my vape wasn't working right. I will be returning with my vaporizer and expect a FULL REFUND as I have been unable to use it. I will modify/add to this review with what the reception I receive will be, and whether I am refunded my money. If not, I will be sure that this business loses more money than the value of my refund when I stand in front of the store and inform every person that enters about the counterfeit products being sold here. I am a beginner to the vapor pen world. I went here to buy my first Vape Pen. At first the man who owns the place was super nice and informative. That was the last time I experienced kindness. A few days later, I took it apart to clean and refill the tank, when I went to put it back together, it kept spinning, the threads were off due to NO fault of my own. It was the first time I had opened it and I was very gentle, I didn't "force it" as I was accused of doing. I went back and he basically called me a liar when I told him I had done NOTHING wrong. He accused me forcing it to screw together. I did not. I was stupid enough to buy my 2nd vapor pen/battery from him because he was the only person I had gone to. This one was much bigger (first was cylindrical) and much more expensive. It was a square larger version called "ECapple" (looked like a remote control it was so huge) that I could use my phone charger to charge up. It had a button to control the voltage and air flow. Pretty nice, or so I thought . 6 days later as I charged it, it felt SUPER hot to the touch and I was afraid it was going to blow up or something. I took it back to him and he literally yelled at me, calling me "Maa'm U broke! YOU DROPPED IT! YOU BROKE IT Maa'm!!!" As before I had done no such thing. I tried to charge it and it stopped showing me the diagram of the little battery charging and the display said, "Needs charging". I spent $58 on that style with the new tank and had been completely ripped off. He kept telling me to 'you call company' in broken English. 'I can do nothing, you broke it, you call company!" Well, I didn't have any contact information and when I googled "Ecapple" nothing showed up. I was NOT going back to him. I just went to Smokey Joe's on Muk. Speedway and James, the owner, told me that I had purchased a really "cheap no name brand that he would NEVER sell because they were so unreliable and stopped working within 1 week.". The man who runs this is a scam artist. He won't answer specific questions about anything. Either because he just doesn't know and doesn't want to look foolish or because he doesn't want you to know the answer. Thanks to his smoke and mirrors my friend definitely got taken for a nice chunk of cash in his pocket. He sold him a vaporizer that doesn't even come with any instructions or AN AMERICAN PLUG! The charger was for a foreign outlet! He pretends to be friendly and moves quick as a distraction. We couldn't figure out why he would show us anything we asked about it. He even became rude when we tried to ask how much extra pieces for it cost. You can't try flavors of ejuice. He lied about the warranty when we asked about the return policy. Don't buy from here. Purchased a battery from this store less than a month ago. Button broke and tried to return it. That was a joke. The gentleman behind the counter says there is nothing that he can do for me. If this broke under normal use after less than a month of use there should be some kind of warranty or exchange. This place just lost my business. Like the other negative reviews, I bought a vape setup from this business and less than 24 hours later the battery was defective. I hadn't even used it other than the store clerk opening the boxes, assembled the device and showed me it was working. I was instructed to take it home read the manual and charge the battery. After charging the battery one of the buttons on the battery was inoperative rendering the battery useless. I called the clerk and explained the defect problem and he told me all sales were final. BUT... because I was such a good customer he told me to bring it back and he'd call his boss to find out what, if anything, could be done. I arrived at the store and was told that because all sales were final, the best they would do is charge me an additional $20.00 to exchange the battery and I was lucky that out of the goodness of their heart they would do this. Otherwise I was SOL for a $50 battery. First they sell you an inferior defective product then they shake you down for more money to make it right and I was lucky to even get that! TAKE NOTE: This store has a NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, NO EXCEPTIONS policy. I guess that when you sell cheep, inferior garbage to the unsuspecting public, they have to have a policy like this to protect their crooked bottom line. What kind of business treats their valuable customers with such little respect, dignity and honesty? I'll tell you. A business that will never see me spend another penny in their crooked, scammy, disrespectful hole in the wall. Avoid doing business of any kind with them! read more

Wasn't the worst vape shop I've ever been to but definitely wasn't the best. They had higher than average prices and juice was kinda gas-stationy. They did have a decent selection of vapes & vape accessories though. It's more of a smoke shop than vape shop. They seem to be new though so I plan on giving them another shot in a few months. Staff was really nice, so that's cool. Definitely no smug people you might run into at other vape shops. If you are in the area this shop it's worth checking out, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. I give them a strong C+ read more

I don't vape, but my wife and I smoke cigarettes. Sometimes we make our own, sometimes we buy factory-made. We found Smoke N Vape after our usual smoke shop down the street went totally glass and stopped selling tobacco. Mr. Lee is helpful, very friendly, and gives us good prices. We just recently found out that he's a recording artist in his home country. I don't know why the place is getting bum reviews unless the vape-heads--well, I can't comment on them or I'll probably violate the review guidelines. For good prices and friendly service, I'd recommend this shop to anyone just buying cigarettes or the "makings." read more
