I ordered curbside pickup for a raspberry lemonade CBD edible drink. They gave me the wrong one order which was a blueberry THC edible drink, and I didn't realize it till I got all the way home. I called them and told them that they gave me the wrong order and if I could just come back and change it. They told me they were pretty much out of the one I ordered so they gave me the THC Blueberry drink instead. When In fact this is not what I order nor what I wanted. I asked if I could just exchange it for something else that was CBD. They then told me I couldn't take it back since it's a food product but I can purchase something else. Like seriously? Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they had a bunch of new things for me to try. They're dog friendly and the staff was super helpful with recommending new things to try. This establishment is in my top 3 worst weed shops I've been to in the area. Manager (believe his name is Matt) is very unprofessional and rude. Walked into the front and said " do I show you my ID here or at the counter?" He responds with "at the counter dude" so I walk to the front counter and he runs in saying "bro wtf you didn't show me your fucking ID" So I just sigh and show it to him. Then later I asked such a simple question "Hey do you carry this product by chance?" Responds with "wtf hell no dude why would you think we have this kind of weed in my shop" like okay dude a simple no would of done the job. read more

I had been seeing commercials on YouTube for a new, Edmonds-located Cannabis shop that caught my eye so I decided to check them out one night. I pulled up to where Siri told me and I see an obvious cannabis shop. I go in and am immediately greeted by a tall, friendly guy and I make a comment about how it's my first time at "enter other shop's name here". He then responds that this isn't that shop, and he thinks I'm joking so I go with it so I don't seem slow. Then I met the shop owner who is the kindest, most knowledgeable, and generous cannabitch I've met around here. My first visit she spent as much time as I needed picking out a new-to-me product. Then on my 2nd visit, after I placed my online order, she called to say they were out of a couple things I selected. She helped me pick other options and when I came in to pick up and pay she gave me two free edibles for the hassle and a discount. The shop is so visually appealing, they have a huge selection that rotates frequently, they remember who you are and treat you right, you get tons of discounts and rack up points, and their flower is THE best I've found outside the medical dispensaries. I won't shop anywhere else and I'm SO glad I made the "mistake" of stopping here! read more
