On my last and most recent visit to this particular store, I was happy to find it my experiences to be somewhat pleasant and that's saying a lot! Last night we went in because someone stole my husband's cell phone. (insert *sad* face) He arrived about 15 minutes before I did and was waiting near the front of the store when I walked in checking out their phone case options. There was a woman that greeted me and knowing their system, I informed her that I was with "him", pointing to my husband and assumed he had already checked in. Then looked up to find his name wasn't on the screen. It turns out that no one greeted him when he walked in. I looked at him and asked the girl why no one greeted him and she said, "I just walked away from the door for maybe 30 seconds" to which my husband informed her that he saw her standing in the back of the store talking with another associate for about the length of time he was in the store. She was embarrassed because he called her out and she couldn't deny the facts. Needless to say, we were not off to a good start. Enter Alyssa. Alyssa greeted us and we talked about what kind of iPhone options he has. AT&T is smart. They have made it so that the only iPhone 4's they have in store are 8GB which no one wants, so you are better off just getting the 5C and calling it a day. Which is exactly what we ended up doing. Thankfully, they have a new program called AT&T Next which allows you to pay off your phone on terms with no interest over 26 months and you can even upgrade after 12 or 18 months depending on how you set it up your plan. They recently started offering the same program for their iPads as well. Nice way to allow people to get the gadgets they want and be able to afford them, AT&T. Well done! Overall, our experiences have been hit or miss. I have learned that if you have an issue with your account, dealing with a manager directly is the way to go. They can get sh!t done! I am a loyal AT&T-user and will probably be for life.

I purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim from Best Buy less than a…read moreyear ago, and within months the screen started malfunctioning with white dots appearing across it. A laptop screen should not fail this quickly under normal use. When I brought it in, an employee initially checked the computer and told me it would be repaired under the warranty at no cost. Three days later, I was contacted and told they would not honor the warranty unless I paid for the repair because they claimed I had damaged the screen. It's frustrating that after first agreeing to fix it under warranty, they changed their decision and refused to repair it without additional payment. Very disappointing experience. Between the poor quality of the laptop and the lack of support, I expected much better from both Best Buy and Lenovo. Best Buy seems very greedy and will charge for anything. Fix your terrible computers or at least give a free warranty for everything. Should not break if it's such an expensive computer. 0 stars if I could. Greedy computer corporate executives and store management. Will do anything for more money and status.

Tylo clearly loves his job and he is passionate about helping the people that come into his store get the right product for them AND save them money!. Tylo was so patient with us over our 2 day ordeal of transferring everything from sprint over to t-mobile. He made countless phone calls to ease our way, made us laugh when we were beyond frustrated and made the whole process feel less aggravating considering the rigamarole of the transfer. Our daughter who is on our plan lives in California and he even called THEIR t-mobile to assist in the transition! Tylo was so sweet and patient towards our toddler as well which was a huge bonus for us because he spent quite a bit of time in that store. I would 10/10 recommend Tylo to anyone who asks, he honestly made the transition something we could handle. He was so upfront and honest about literally everything. Thank you again Tylo!
