My 83 year old father lives in Huntley by himself and I was on the hunt to find him a user friendly mobile phone. After several attempts with a variety of different phones it was just too complicated for my dad to understand and operate. So, I terminated his service and made the decision to get him a good old fashioned landline , unknowingly aware that AT&T couldn't set things up for another 14 days! So, I Went back ( yet again) hoping to reactivate his cell account until his landline could be installed when he let me know that since I was also a Verizon customer I could add a home phone to my account and he could have a working phone that day! I was so happy I could cry! It was simple to set up and my dad now has a phone and doesn't have to wait 14 days AND it was much cheaper than going with AT& T. The great deal they promised me has yet to be reflected on my Verizon bill. After 3 months of trying to fix it I am fed up. Get everything they promise you in writing or don't do business with them at all. I am a loyal Verizon customer for more than 20 years but I am switching as soon as I can to do it. read more

Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was shocked that the process of switching two phones to new ones took only about 30 minutes or less. But then again, the rep who helped us was so knowledgeable and efficient that we were able to complete the process quickly. read more

I recently purchased a new mobile phone from this business. After paying cash for the new phone, se up fee, etc, I was shocked to see an additional $50 added to my regular monthly bill. When I went back to the store, they explained that the additional fee added to my bill was an activation fee. They produced a document I had signed agreeing to this fee. The document was multiple paragraphs in "fine print ". It was never explained to me that I was agreeing to this additional fee. In my opinion, this is a sleazy and deceptive way of doing business. In the future, when I need mobile phone services, I will go elsewhere. read more

I am disappointed. The amount of time and money to set up a new devices is ridiculous! The employees were kind. The store is lovely. But, the money and time we spent there was frustrating. We actually had to leave a device to be picked up later because we had been there for over an hour. We were sold cases and screen protectors and never told the price until we had to leave. My mouth dropped when we were told our bill. Outrageous!!! We did give back one case to try and lower the cost, but we had been there so long, we didn't have time to go line by line for every item. It is a good thing Verizon has the best coverage - otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to leave. read more

I am forever grateful to this awesome staff! I tried to switch service by myself onto a new phone I had that had been bought thru another carrier which needed to be unlocked. I ended up having no service on either phone (my phone is my lifeline for work) . Petros went out of his way to help me, and got me back up and running in no time! He was pleasant, super knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He also helped me pick out some great new accessories and showed me the latest phones that are out and some really good deals!! My wife's phone decided to go on strike. The sales person was great and explained everything to two old people so we could understand. I only have two complains and it has nothing to do with who we dealt with in the store. The prices for the phones are not listed like they are on-line. I would have preferred to see all options. Secondly if I was a new customer instead of a customer for 16 years I would have gotten this phone for half price. This is common everywhere but I still don't like it. read more
