Out of those 7 places, I was lucky enough to find Oleg, who was: 1) The fastest to respond 2) The most available by far 3) The most pleasant to interact with 4) And most importantly, the best priced He opened up a spot for me the same day, came to look at my computer, then fixed it within one day, all the while being amazingly communicative and patient with all my questions. He went absolutely above and beyond in many ways that would take too long to list here, even allowing me to come to his HOME at night so I could drop off my new SSD. He also did an amazing job with repairing the PC itself, and left it literally even better than it was before the issue occurred. And though a more intangible factor, I could also tell that Oleg is just a good person who cares about his customers and takes his work seriously. In summary, if you want the best price, the best communication, and the best customer service in general, you want Oleg. You can try contacting other shops, but I have already done that and I guarantee you they are all more expensive and less available. Apart from the repair service I received from Oleg, I have no connection to him whatsoever - I am just extremely grateful at what a terrific job he did, and will come back to him immediately if I ever have another PC issue. They installed exterior cameras with searchable digital backup, put in dual wifi in-house and outside (one for guests), designed and built a 4K movie theater with bone-shaking sound, plus purchased (at great prices for me!) and installed 17 televisions (including two outside). But it wasn't just the gear and installation, because quite frankly, many people can likely install gear. What I've been so pleased with is the after-sale service. As technology becomes more intertwined in our lives, there's bound to be hiccups. Software updates from one vendor (Spotify, for example), might conflict with another service you also have installed. These little things, left unchecked (or if you are left to figure them out on your own) can take what you hoped would be a "neat experience" and turn it into a headache. Dan handles everything. He "dumbs things down" for me when he can tell I don't get it (or don't want to get it)...or he will also take the time to go really deep into an explanation of technology if he can tell that's what I want on a particular topic/issue.
