I went and 4 people at desk and no one in store. They wanted $10 for bad SIM card with the store manager saying "I can't override the $10 in my system" and they then sent me to 4 other stores (?)I went to Cumberland Lawrence store and that manager helped right away. I said to that store on Lawrence "you must be a corporate store "- they said "no they were third party" - third party same as this store on Lee street. So as a businessman I have to give this Lee street store a one star since the workers were not bad people but the customer service to a business customer with a nonsense story about they can't override the system turned out to be totally ludicrous. Save yourself four months of unraveling the scam that this store ran on my account and do NOT do business with them. Long story short, I went in to trade in two iPhones for two free new ones and switch to T-Mobile, a promo they were running. They ended up opening up four lines instead of two, adding two tablets to my account that I did not ask for, sold me two air pods at a full rebate promo when only one was eligible for the rebate, and put in the iPhone trade in as a buy one get one offer instead. The owner Chris clearly runs this scam on a regular basis and has his employee trained to do so. They didn't think I would look at my receipt???? I reported them to T-Mobile, who knows if any action was taken. I am STILL trying to correct my account since December. It is now April. I just had worst customer service from the juiced up sales associate here. He's so rude! He put his hand in my face was disrespectful and asked me questions unrelated to T-Mobile's business relationship with me. The other associate, the young guy was very nice and helpful. I asked the rude man named, "Chris" to call customer service for me so that I can get a current bill with my latest address on it and he told me, "there's no calling anyone. There's nothing to do," I was irritated and appalled. I can tell that he's used to talking to women in that way but he picked the wrong one today! I called customer service and definitely filed a complaint. I work in the customer service industry. I give good reviews on good customer service and bad ones when I get bad customer service! I only have T-Mobile for my son. I personally use Verizon. I was considering switching over after my plan ended but not now! I've never gotten good customer service from T-Mobile! read more
