Recently they helped us convert from the Nortel system to their own VOiP solution. The conversion was seamless and the system works flawlessly for our 10 person studio. I said to that store on Lawrence "you must be a corporate store "- they said "no they were third party" - third party same as this store on Lee street. So as a businessman I have to give this Lee street store a one star since the workers were not bad people but the customer service to a business customer with a nonsense story about they can't override the system turned out to be totally ludicrous.
