Andy and Jennifer are AMAZING !!! They were about and beyond to help us. We ran to a couple of problems but they reassured us and helped us through it. The store closed at 9pm and my family and I left the store past 10pm, not once we heard a complain from them, both were very engaging and always with a smile, I can't say enough about our tonight experience at Verizon at Mount Prospect (on Rand & Mt Prospect RD) . stay the hell away from this place. I found out it is a "training store." it's a worse experience than going through a car dealership. they will admit to you that they screwed up and gave you the wrong information but then they will say there's nothing they can do rectify their mistakes. read more

Some of the reps here are nice, but they are very shady and cannot be trusted. I've been going in circles with this store and ended up giving up. I've learned my lesson and will not be coming back. read more

Three of us on our family plan went in to upgrade our phones. Josh was very helpful, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We had 2 snags along the way and he was able to work them out. I highly recommend Nathaniel Devitt. I took my mom to upgrade her phone. It was close to their closing time. From a quick question to learning about the process, Nathaniel took his time and thoroughly explained everything. And he provided her with guidance, best price options, and all tech support. I am posting to give Jonathan some praise on his excellent customer service and for just being a good person. I went in with my mom who needed a new phone because hers was outdated and unreliable. We explained we urgently needed this as we were awaiting phone calls from doctors regarding my dads health as he was in the hospital. Jonathan took the time to help her get set up with what she needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very caring and understanding about our situation as well. He called within a couple days to make sure her new phone was working out, and then called a couple weeks later to ask her how everything was going with my dad. Do not buy a phone from this company. They do not know how to activate the phone properly and tell you to go to best buy so they can help you there. Bought a samsung s10+ got locked out because worker at the verizon store in gurnee did not delete google account in old phone. Was only able to call by emergency. Told Verizon in Gurnee don't want phone and they said it was a few days pass the 14 day return policy, Told them Samsung could not help and Verizon told me they could not help go to Best Buy. This phone was more than 1000. dollars and cuts off, locks you off several times and Samsung isn't any help. Went to Verizon in vernon Hills and Gurnee both stink and do not make an effort to help. They only want to sell phones.No stars as far as I am concerned. read more
