This store and its manager with the beard are useless. The manager kept trying to send customers to Costco because he was too lazy to do any work. I do not recommend this location unless you want to waste your time. read more

My husband and I switched from different plans onto a shared T-Mobile plan. We were mildly apprehensive having never used this service - but we went for it. The process was smooth and easy, with everyone at the store being friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ricky was working with us for over an hour and really helped. My husband had trouble getting a live person from Boost, where he was switching from, and Ricky even made some calls as well to try to get some help from them. He wound up getting someone and worked with them patiently. He didn't have to do any of this, I don't think, but he worked super hard to get in touch with a very elusive and difficult phone company. Everything he explained about the plan was clear and didn't seem to be too "upsell" focused either. Check out this location if you are thinking about switching carriers. read more

The worst customer service experience I've ever had. If I could put 0 stars I would but it won't let me. The manager with the beard - Brian - not only told me to wait while he took other customers in the middle of assisting me but then proceeded to tell me he didn't have time to finish setting up the new 17 I phone I had purchased (and had to come back in to get it set up since they said the didn't have anymore phones in store even though I saw someone purchasing one and leaving with it so that took a week) and Brian proceeded to tell me he was leaving at 715pm (they close at 8) and to come back to finish another day. I was there at 545 and was baffled by this experience. 3rd time going in and hours of wasted time after purchasing a large order with accessories that he managed to screw up. He didn't bother to clean the screen and threw the phone in the case and fumbled my phone out almost breaking it. It's all bubbled and falling apart. DO NOT GO TO THIS THIRD PARTY LOCATION. Was shocked that this was the experience in Highland Park no less. I went to the Schaumburg location and was blown away with the difference in experience. Sinbad assisted me and traded in my old iPhone and replaced the screen within a half hour, he was amazing! I was very close to changing services after all the money and time wasted and am still contemplating it. read more

The nicest team members/employees! Cancelled my service over the phone but wasn't sent a return label. Walked into this store without an appointment and was helped right away. Anthony took the time to properly process my return (home Internet router) since I didn't have the original packaging or order info. He made sure I was all set before going. There was no upselling or promotion pushing during the visit which I appreciate. They communicate well and are all around friendly. Definitely would recommend going here to handle any issues! read more

BEWARE - outright lies from store manager. I went into this T-Mobile store to see if I could test out T-Mobile coverage around my house before making the switch from Verizon for my family. The manger set up an eSIM on my phone and said I had 14 days to try it out. It didn't work and I cancelled the next day - a month later I received a bill for $250! No luck appealing with T-Mobile I tried several times- they don't care - so I had to pay in order to not ruin my credit rating. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU - THEY LIE TO GET A COMMISSION AND YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE. read more

I would like to commend the excellent service provided by George from Northbrook Location. I came to Northbrook location the other day with a new iPhone for my mom. My mother is an elderly woman and her old cell phone had a lot of problems, including one very serious one - we didn't know her Apple account. I applied to several T-Mobile employees in other locations, but NOBODY could find a solution on how to transfer contacts and photos to a new iphone without an icloud account. I have no idea how George did it - I saw him download some apps, tried different ways... but he did it!! He was very kind and patient, in addition to his high level of professionalism. I wish George all the best in his career. And I wish T-Mobile and T-Mobile customers more employees like George. read more

Just switched from Att and they've been so helpful and saving $. Also they have internet that can just be plugged in your home. with no need for fibers poles or cable lines being dug. My internet went out because of the frozen weather cracked my fibers and Att couldn't fix it for two weeks so I've made the switch and going to do my phone too! read more

I love this new location it's right where I love to shop, very convenient. The staff here are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I was referred to Alex but when I got there, he was with a customer. Ameen, the guy that had referred me, stepped in to help me with my phone transfer. Then Alex helped me as soon he was available. Automatic payment was being rejected because of a glitch between the systems. They found the problem, worked on two problems at once and identified a third. Done and done.
