Although I paid for a 1yr warranty the store refused to replace or even help fix their wrongdoing, and insisted that I pay full price again for a replacement because the screen has a hairline scratch which voids their warranty. The warranty they offer is obviously subject to their discretion at which they will use any excuse to not to fix. This issue seemed second nature to them which made me realize this is a scam they frequently use, and more importantly us to pressure women into further sales. Here it is Wednesday and the phone still has not shipped. I was told that FedEx did not pick it up. I told them to call for a pick up or have it sent UPS next day air. They said "that's not how it works". They told me to contact my IT person and have them order a new one to a store near my home in FL. Absolutely terrible service. Victor the Assistant Manager does not return phone calls or reply to texts. How difficult is it to ship out a package?? Had it not been for the fact that our entire company is linked to Verizon (unfortunately), I would have gone to AT&T. The much better option for wireless service.
