It is probably it is the same guy from all these reviews. I am cancelling my phone, and cutting all ties with this company. They have been billing a relative for 5 years for service they don't have, they refused to stop or cancel the account. I can prove we don't have the service, but they don't care. Honestly, I think you would be better off wth Xfinity or T-Mobile. I have spent hours on the phone with ATT being transferred sometimes to closed departments and sometimes to out of service numbers. Every other company I have dealt with about closing accounts has been great, with the possible exception of social security. Edit: Holy Cow! I just read the review about the manager hiding in the back room, and I think that is exactly what happened to me, except I didn't know ahead of time. Wow! Yelp is scary accurate. If I am right the person who they told me "left for the day" actually there and at least one employee knew it.

Although I paid for a 1yr warranty the store refused to replace or even help fix their wrongdoing, and insisted that I pay full price again for a replacement because the screen has a hairline scratch which voids their warranty. The warranty they offer is obviously subject to their discretion at which they will use any excuse to not to fix. This issue seemed second nature to them which made me realize this is a scam they frequently use, and more importantly us to pressure women into further sales. I wouldn't wish this treatment upon anyone.
