I went to the store located in Danada to upgrade to a new phone. The rep told me I had to pay for a new phone. I don't know why when I've been a customer for years. The rep aggravated me so I left! I noticed an AT&T store on my way home so I stopped in. Right when I came in Alex greeted me at the door (unlike the other store) and was ready to help me. Unlike the other guy Alex explained how the upgrade works. I wish the other sales guy took the time to explain it to me other than just telling me I'm paying for the phone. He also informed me of a free tablet deal they had, and he helped me lower my uverse bill. For being a customer with AT&T for so long it amazes me how one store didn't know how to explain upgrading, but another one can. I will no longer be doing business with the Danada location, I will only be doing business with Alex at the Glen Ellyn store for now on. After being a customer for 30 plus years, I decided to rate shop. Deciding to switch to T-Mobile, I started the process of changing my account over. Att has the highest rates out there!!! Lets just say without me typing paragraph after paragraph, This comppany sucks and made it an infuriating process. During the time of my switch I experienced other issues with my business land lines being shut down on Valentines Day, due to Att confusing my account with someone that was apparently claiming bankruptcy!! My advice is run away, far far away!! read more

My Mom and I recently upgraded our iPhones from 6s to 13. The employee who helped us was named Jase Janak. He was extremely helpful, funny, and kind. He carefully explained all the different features of the 13 to us, offered a reasonably priced data plan, and included wall adapters for our chargers, free of charge. Sadly, Friday January 6th was his last day at the store. But his service was exceptional and worth the time. The store was also not very busy and quiet too, thank goodness. I have been to this store on three separate occasions, worked with three different AT&T employees and have presented them with three different issues (activating a new number, purchasing a new phone and making a claim on a broken phone). All three times, I have worked with efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly employees. Sebastian, Eden and Gio have been simply outstanding!!!! I ask too many questions and I have small children in tow and still the service is EXCELLENT!!!! read more

I have to applaud the AT&T store in Glen Ellyn, especially Sebastian and Christopher who went above and beyond to help me with my issue. They got on the phone with the help desk and worked until we got a satisfactory outcome. They also helped me with my new phone to make sure I was comfortable with how it worked before I left the store. I would absolutely recommend going to this store to get the help you need. The employees here were great to work with. They stayed positive and made sure I was well taken care of. thought they were closed but they are open during this shelter in place. No wait and saved me some money on my bill. The inside is an eyesore because of the orange color... but the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the items available and the store itself made up for it. Chris and Sebastian were very helpful. I'm not tech savvy and I they helped guide me through the process of getting a new phone, case, cover, and transferring my date. It was quick and painless. Setting up the phone with customer service on the otherhand...well that wasn't quick and painless but the customer service person was lovely so I still can't complain. read more

Robbie and Eden went above and beyond for us tonight. They are highly knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch. We were in store for two hours and heard several of their interactions with multiple customers. They were extremely patient and helpful to each one even when the customers were not being easy! I went into the store to find out why my daughter's phone was not working properly. Whereas it's more of a technical phone issue, Sebastian was very helpful, did his best to fix it, but in the end set up a meeting for us at Apple. I've been to several ATT stores, this was some of the best service I've had in my experience in cell phone situations. read more

The store manager - a very nice young lady named Savvy went to great lenghts to transfer my information from my OLD Samsung android phone to my new used iphone. The reps at this store are amazing. I tried several stores earlier with a problem I had with my phone and the rep I dealt with was very patient and understanding of my problems and worked with me until they were resolved.
