The staff is creepy and unhelpful, more like they are just paid security guards. I had to find someone to ask questions and when I did, they seemed annoyed that I "bothered" them. This place is nice if you just want to take a peek at the brilliant designs, but I would recommend you buy online versus visiting here, and save yourself the headache.

Although I paid for a 1yr warranty the store refused to replace or even help fix their wrongdoing, and insisted that I pay full price again for a replacement because the screen has a hairline scratch which voids their warranty. The warranty they offer is obviously subject to their discretion at which they will use any excuse to not to fix. This issue seemed second nature to them which made me realize this is a scam they frequently use, and more importantly us to pressure women into further sales. They have a lot more specialized merchandise that we did not see in other stores. For example there was a really large array of Alien Stage toys that we really haven't seen anywhere else.
