Although I paid for a 1yr warranty the store refused to replace or even help fix their wrongdoing, and insisted that I pay full price again for a replacement because the screen has a hairline scratch which voids their warranty. The warranty they offer is obviously subject to their discretion at which they will use any excuse to not to fix. This issue seemed second nature to them which made me realize this is a scam they frequently use, and more importantly us to pressure women into further sales. I wouldn't wish this treatment upon anyone.

They're open and ready to discuss and are willing to give a ballpark estimate without sight over the phone. Mine ballparked as something I should bring into the shop as it's worth saving! As to why I'm so well taken with them, the main reason is their techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are more than reasonable. They also have multiple locations as well, which makes it convenient to get to depending on where one is when. I've taken 2 MacBook Airs, 1 MacBook Pro (Schaumburg), and an iPhone (Des Plaines)... and a partridge in a pear tree! Just kidding, about the partridge, the pear tree however, facts! Just kidding on the pear tree as well. Long story short, the techs knew enough about what is worthwhile for me to repair, let me know the problems, and the cost to repair. They obviously also repaired everything I agreed to have them take on. So far so good, no problems whatsoever. Their setup seems to be simple, come in, explain what's going on, drop it off, wait for them to take care of it, then pick it up. For me, as I work on these items here and there, the price was very reasonable and I was honestly surprised at which point now I don't have to do the one-off repairs for when a family member spills a beverage, cracks a screen, or wants a new battery, I tell them to go to ZombieTechs or I go to ZombieTechs for them. I got the computer back, it worked great until Microsoft updated my Windows 11 and broke my computer!! I got the blue screen of death! I called them panicking, thinking I would owe more money!
