Astounding customer service from this small business. They aren't hidden behind smokescreens. They don't keep their price list a secret. They're open and ready to discuss and are willing to give a ballpark estimate without sight over the phone. Mine ballparked as something I should bring into the shop as it's worth saving! these guys are the best! i have a cyberpower gaming pc and microsoft would not update my computer to windows 11 despite it being only 5 years old! plus, this "gaming" computer would crash every time i played any of my games!? these guys were able to update my computer, and stop it from crashing during game night! plus, they were super nice, and when microsoft tried to "update" wondows 11 it crashed my computer, i called, they fixed the problem free of charge, because they stand behind their work. as a bonus, angel (the texh who took my computer in) gave me a cool one piece screensaver!! I brought my laptop computer in for repair. They were very nice at first. I had an issue that was not worth repairing the lap top so they suggested pulling the data and putting it on a new laptop of another hard drive. I began to look for a new laptop but what I need is very costly and I simply didn't have the money for what I needed. They pulled the data off of my laptop of which I was unaware of. I never asked them to and they never said they were going to. I neglected to pick it up until they sent me a text message saying they needed it out of the store. I dropped off a hard drive for them to put my data on only to find out that they deleted my data completely. They deleted my business files, personal photos, pictures and graphics I use for my business without any notice. After I dropped off the hard drive, I received a call from them saying there was no data on the machine. I asked where it was and they said it was backed up on one of their back up drives. I never asked them to back anything up. They had since deleted the back up drive and everything is now gone. There are things that were on that drive that I will never be able to recover . THEY SCREWED UP. My business meant so little to them that they never even picked up the phone to ask me to pick up the computer. They claimed that they sent me 30 text messages. I asked them from what number and they couldn't give me a specific number. When I dropped off the drive they said it would take a day or so to transfer. I called after the weekend was over and they said they couldn't find any data. I admit that I let my laptop sit there as I was trying to pull together the money to buy a new laptop suitable for the 800 gigs of data that was on the laptop I dropped off. I never thought they would be so careless with my data. I am a small business owner and understand how costly mistakes are but this is 100% their fault. I have data bases of clients that I will never get back. I admit that I should have backed things up which is why I was looking for a new computer with two hard drives to allow me to do just that. I never thought a computer repair service would be so careless with a client's data. It is going to cost me thousands of dollars to track down everything that was on that laptop from graphic designers, photographers, etc. if they even still have the files. The worst part of this entire situation is that the employee at the store gave me an attitude and tried to blame me for laving it ion their store so long. I explained to him that the first text that I received from them was to pick up my laptop and I was there 1 day later with a hard drive. I never thought they would do anything even remotely this careless. They offered me a used laptop for my trouble. If they hadn't done anything wrong they wouldn't have offered me anything. I am devastated, angry, upset, shocked. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. read more

I came here years ago when I was a child and I had broken my screen. If I remember correctly, they fixed it up nice and quick. Now as an adult, I brought in my iPad pro that had a shattered screen and needed it ASAP for my work. They got my iPad back to me right before the semester started, and I definitely plan on going back to them for any electronic needs I have. Very good and competitive pricing too! Edit: I took my Nintendo Switch in for a stripped screw while I was modifying my Switch to a different shell, and Omar there was very helpful! It was just a single screw that was giving me trouble. He originally said it would take 15 mins for the screw to come out with more intensive methods, but to my surprise he took it out in under a minute! Didn't charge me at all! My computer stopped working on day, I called Angel at the Des Plaines location late in the day. He asked a few questions and asked if I could bring the stack into the shop, and it was 20 minutes before closing. I got there fast and he did a quick look and power test. He found nothing wrong but told me it was my home monitor that was the issue. I would have bought one right there from them if he had them for sale.
