If you call later in the day, they say their warehouse is in the East Coast and they're closed, if you call in the morning, they say their warehouse is in California and they're not open yet. And the funny thing they don't remember their lies. I'm glad I bought with a credit card and will contact my CC to do a charge back.

I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

They said they would let me know when my order is ready. On 2/24, I receive an Email asking for artwork--- the first step I completed on 2/6. This means that not only are my bags not ready after 3 weeks, they weren't even ordered (although there was no issue in charging my card in full on the day the order was placed). Now, I have to find another (better) company that can actually follow through on its promises. Specialty store services is a terrible company that can't guarantee that fully paid orders will be properly received. Save yourself the headache and try Store Supply, KC Fixtures, or any other supplier who has a reputation of better service. It will save you a ton of money and headaches.

Not only were the 300 not included in the default box of 176 - the default box only had 167 letters in it. We are missing one "S" and all eight of the "O's". Since I recently moved cross-country to Chicago, I am in need for office furniture. I went with my husband hoping to find a office chair or some furniture to use until my furniture arrives via Pod in a few months. Anyway they allowed (1) free piece of furniture and also was selling preused furniture for $39 and $99 bucks. We really lucked out. My husband found a big chair for our living room for free. We purchased a huge book case for my office. In addition to these pieces, we found a rolling ottoman and a side table. We were thrilled with our finds. This wharehouse is open to the public and had a floor dedicated to sale/clearance items and a bunch of new items too. The prices seemed reasonable on the new items too. Checkout website for items currently on sale. I would like to shout-out Mark (owner) and Junior for having awesome customer service. Junior helped me with approximating how many yards of fabric I would need to reupholster the chair that we got for free. Oh yes, I failed to mentioned they have lots of fabric for sale. At the event the fabric was only $5 a yard. Such a deal. Mad props to this business. *only furnishing for my temporary housing for now but will look to this business for my more permanent home in the near future* Would add photos of finds but waiting delivery.
