Not only do they 100% not stand behind any of their products or services, they over bill and are rude when over billing needs to be corrected. Obviously, this is horrible company because they can't keep any staff for more than a couple months. We have had a new representative from Imagetec every 6 months or sooner. I finally started warning the new reps we have had to start looking for a new job ASAP because they will be quitting very soon. We finally had to unplug our $10,000.00 printer after it couldn't be hooked up to the system they installed after it stopped working 2 years ago. Finally, we pushed it into the corner and guess what? We still get a bill each month along with a big pile of excuses. We finally hired another IT company to come in and fix the giant IT mess that Imagetec created (at the tune of another $10k). It's been over 2 years since our system failed (the system they installed) and we have paid for a product they can't make work. Repeated emails and phone calls go unanswered. In fact 2 months ago we reached out to find yet another solution to their problem and still no response, no help. Repeatedly, they have put our business at a stand still with no offers for solutions. Thankfully, we've always been able to figure things out on our own or they could have easily put us out of business. Seriously, I have been in customer service for 38 years, this is the worst of the worst. RUN... RUN away..!!!!

These folks are great. They sell solid products and they respond to service calls promptly. We are a small business that depends on our copier so prompt service is important to us. Prior to finding Imagetec, we had some bad experiences with other copier firms. Imagetec has been a great find.

If you call later in the day, they say their warehouse is in the East Coast and they're closed, if you call in the morning, they say their warehouse is in California and they're not open yet. And the funny thing they don't remember their lies. I'm glad I bought with a credit card and will contact my CC to do a charge back.

The installers were really great and the senior one had worked there for several decades, that alone tells me that this is a good company both to work for and do business with. The installer told me the story of the first time he had installed my furniture when they sold it to the original owner, and about when he refinished it when the company let the owner trade it in. Amazing. I literally searched all over Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin to try to find used traditional furniture and this company was the only one with any real choices in furniture. They said they would let me know when my order is ready. On 2/24, I receive an Email asking for artwork--- the first step I completed on 2/6. This means that not only are my bags not ready after 3 weeks, they weren't even ordered (although there was no issue in charging my card in full on the day the order was placed). Now, I have to find another (better) company that can actually follow through on its promises. Specialty store services is a terrible company that can't guarantee that fully paid orders will be properly received. Save yourself the headache and try Store Supply, KC Fixtures, or any other supplier who has a reputation of better service. It will save you a ton of money and headaches.
