Terrible service and zero accountability!…read more We purchased a sofa at The Dump in Deerfield and paid in full upfront - the sofa price, delivery fee (including carrying it upstairs), and taxes. The contract is full of penalties for the customer if we are not at home when they deliver. They promised delivery on the 11th. It's now the 24th, and no one has called us, no updates, no explanation. It seems they can delay as long as they want and break their commitments, while we are expected to sit at home and wait for weeks. On top of that, if we leave and miss their random delivery attempt, we risk getting fined - even though they already missed their promised date by two weeks. This is unacceptable. Payment should only be collected upon delivery, not in advance for this "great" furniture shop ! Never again with this store, and I would not recommend it to anyone !!!

So Miranda who goes by "mi mi" needs to remember she works there and WE shop there. There's a…read moredifference. First of all, she needs to learn how to welcome people into the store and not just stare and ignore people and not even try to talk to people. My checkout experience was terrible with her. Tried small talk and got silence from her. Literally!!! Secondly, someone needs to train her on how to use the computer bc either she didn't want to do her job or she has no idea how to do anything on the computer. She had to "redo" it like 5 times with the customer before me and with me. And lastly, (the main reason why I'm leaving this review), the AUDACITY with this lady to talk about other customers while customers are literally standing right next to her waiting....she spoke badly about an Indian gentlemen that goes into the store to buy rugs and how she can't believe he could actually have a house that big enough to even buy that many rugs so she believes he resells them. Thankfully the customer corrected her and said "we don't know that". And she's like "oh come on you think he actually has a house that big".....seriously pathetic of her. She should be fired. On another note, Mike was there and was the sweetest person and introduced himself and asked if he could help us with anything. Miranda you need to reassess your morals and remember YOU work there and WE are shopping there...sad woman. It's hilarious, workers like these act like they're somehow better than the customers when they are the ones working there lol. Leaving two stars bc Mike was cool but miranda, awful soul.

And that comes off as you don't want a certain type of person in your store. Disappointed. Won't be back. Was prepared to spend upwards of $2,000. Super Happy Customer Here!!!! Back after 18 years!!…read more Nothing has changed: Dania still serves up top-notch service. Andra Kossy is the best salesperson ever, and the manager, Mike, doesn't short-stop anything. In August 2026, I went to check out a dining room table and chairs that I had seen online. The moment I stepped onto the showroom floor, I was instantly mesmerized. They had an awesome sale going, and I ended up spending approximately 14 hours shopping over two days! My salesperson, Andra, was super patient and extremely accommodating. In the end, I gleefully purchased 15 superb pieces of furniture, which they delivered to Wisconsin for a reasonable extra fee. The delivery and setup by Brandon and Guillermo were absolutely perfect. I originally went back to Dania because I never forgot my first experience there. Back in 2008, I was living in Oak Park, IL, had just sold my house, and wanted new furniture. A friend spoke very highly of them, so off I went. Their customer service was excellent, and the furniture was high-quality and reasonably priced. To make matters even better, their delivery and setup were awesome. I was so pleased that I never forgot the experience--in fact, I still have the bedroom set and bookcases I purchased back then! Fast-forward to August 2026: now living in Wisconsin, I recently purchased a condo and needed a dining room table and chairs. I looked locally, but all I could think about was Dania. Nothing compared to their high-quality, jazzy, and reasonably priced furniture. I knew it was time for a road trip, and it was entirely worth it. THANKS SO MUCH, Dania Northbrook!!!!!
