We had visited several furniture stores and were actually on our way back to another store to purchase a sofa we liked. At the last minute, we decided to give Luxilon Furniture a try--and we're so glad we did! Charlie, the owner, was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. He listened to what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and offered us very fair prices on our sofa, a small table, a lamp, and delivery. The delivery team was also professional and careful, making the entire experience easy from start to finish. We absolutely love our new furniture and couldn't be happier with our decision. Great selection, fair prices, and exceptional personal service! We highly recommend Luxilon Furniture and Charlie! read more

Charlie is who I go to if I need to find value. I thought I wanted an RH style home, but didn't think the quality was that good for the steep price tag. After getting personally tailored suggestions from Charlie...who knows the furniture landscape better than anyone, he helped me find a lot of furniture that elevated my home to a new level. read more

My husband and I had never heard of Luxilon before, but after checking the yelp* reviews, we felt it was a great place to look for a new couch. The owner, Charlie is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful (without being pushy or overbearing). He answered all our questions patiently- even when we explained that we were just starting our search and were not sure what exactly we wanted. After graciously letting us lay down (we actually want a couch that we can use to double down as an extra sleeping space without being a pullout), Charlie let me take my time trying a specific couch my husband was interested in (but I actually was not comfortable on). Charlie always walked away when he felt we needed time to discuss things in private and it was much appreciated. That is the epitome of outstanding customer service. I then decided to try a few recliner chairs to see if that would be a better fit, but I guess I am a hard sell. Let me say this- Luxilon has a great selection of in stock sofas and chairs (among other furniture), and they do custom orders as well. I was just overwhelmed and needed to take a break and re-assess what I truly want and need before bothering them again. We saw so many great items, we ended up purchasing a small, inexpensive accent table which was a great price and very well made. It was an item we didn't even intend on buying, but it was a great deal and a very unusual and practical piece that will fit under my existing chair AND sofa allowing me to eat a meal/use a computer/write a letter, etc... My husband also was able to buy a couple of lift thingys for some existing chairs which we own. Charlie is also providing help in installing these for us and he is going above and beyond in doing so. I like this business a lot because it reminds me of how I used to run my store when I was a manager- straight forward, excellent customer service combined with great pricing for quality merchandise. read more

So happy we decided to go to Luxilon! We were helped by Charlie and he provided us with amazing customer service and top of the line quality products. We actually visited all those discount stores first but we got the best deal and best product and Luxilon for sure. We just received our delivery today and we could not be happier. SOLID quality table and chairs with custom colored fabric. Looks perfect. Delivery guys were professional, on time, and respectful. They made sure everything was perfect before they left and even offered to add felt pads to all the furniture legs. Highly recommend. read more

The owner of Luxilon, Charlie, is great to work with. The furniture is high quality. It was a difficult delivery (king bed, tempurpedic adjustable frame and a mattress going up winding stairs. Ricardo and Jose didn't damage any of the walls or the furniture. They were patient and beyond good. I would definitely give them the highest rating possible. read more

Once again, Charlie helped me find another wonderful piece of furniture that I love. It's the Bassett sectional. He always gives a fair price and great insight. He helped arrange the sectional to the best fit for our apartment. The couch only took one week to deliver. It is perfect. And His delivery guys were fantastic! They were so nice, timely, respectful, handled the furniture well and set it up to our liking. They were amazing. Always love my experience with Luxilon and I can't wait till I buy my next piece from there. read more

We didn't make a purchase because items we were interested in were not in stock and wait time was more than what we could wait. However, they are very friendly and carry really nice high quality furniture. I will return when in the market for furniture again. read more

First time I came here was after a long overnight shift looking homeless cause I was too tired to care. Charlie did not care what I looked like he was so helpful and attentive I was so surprised. Since then I always try to get my furniture from him. If I find something online from a different retailer I will call him first to see if I can get it from him before ordering it from someone else. If he doesn't have it he will also give you similar options which is great. He is a hard working, knowledgeable person and I plan on continuing to support his business. As for the quality of the products I have not had any issues and I've had my furniture from him for two years. read more

I had been looking for a sectional sofa for months to no avail. Didn't like anything I saw. Then noticed the great reviews on Yelp for Luxulon and decided to try it. So happy I did. The sofa selection is great and the best part is dealing with the owner Charlie. He was so helpful and informative but with no pressure to make a sale. I can't comment on the product yet since it's a special order but I'll update at a later date. read more

We visited every store in the area and just happened to see Luxilon Furniture. We went in just to see what they offered. We found a beautiful sectional sofa that we did not see anywhere else. The owner of the store was very informative and patient with us. My husband and I came back several times to see and measure it out. After we purchased the sectional, Charlie kept us updated on the delivery. It was delivered today. Jose and Ricardo did a fantastic job with the delivery and assembly. They did not rush but were careful to keep everything clean. They explained everything and made sure that I tested the recliners and that I was fully satisfied before they left. I am very pleased. read more

Great service and prices on customized dining table and chairs. One + years later we still love the furniture.

This is the second time I have purchased furniture from Luxilon Furniture and I am very pleased and impressed. Of course Charlie the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable and has a wide variety of furniture in the showroom. Also impressive is his delivery staff. Both were prompt, courteous and had customer satisfaction as their main goal. If in the market for furniture I highly recommend Luxilon Furniture for quality and customer service. read more

I have been looking for a sofa for our family room for over a year and finally found it here! Charlie was very helpful and informative. His store has a great selection of high quality furniture at great prices. I looked for a sofa from high end stores to different websites. And the quality was just lacking even at high end price points. Charlie helped me find the perfect sofa and it is such great quality. His delivery team is amazing. They are extremely professional. They even moved other pieces of furniture to make way for my new sofa. That goes above and beyond most delivery programs with furniture companies. They also put protective pads on the sofa to make sure my floors were not damaged and showed me different configurations of the sofa before they set it up for me. They were awesome! I would definitely recommend this place. read more

We dealt with Charlie and couldn't be happier. We were looking for a couch and loveseat that would fit our shorter frames and offer good support. He took his time showing us around the large selection and after we sat in a few directed us to the perfect fit. Showing him photos of our room he suggested the perfect leather color. We didn't buy the first day and there was absolutely no pressure to do so. The items had to be ordered but arrived sooner then expected and his delivery men we extremely careful and courteous. read more

We just had a TV console delivered and I am so very pleased. The entire process, from my initial stop-through to placing the order to receiving the delivery was such a wonderful experience. Charlie (owner) and his colleague Liam are simply two extremely nice men who are excited to help us all in making our home into what we need and want with our furniture needs. They have high end to reasonably priced, contemporary to traditional. Our console is for the basement and I didn't was on a budget. I found my console in one of their lesser priced lines and am pleased with its overall quality. Definitely worth checking out! read more

I had a great experience dealing with Charly. He was very patient after purchasing a sofa and chair from him. We bought when COVID began and he held my furniture for 3 months. I really appreciated that. Their prices are outstanding and we love our new furniture. Also when furniture was delivered the drivers were wearing masks and were very pleasant. Thank you Charly would definitely purchase again from this store! read more

GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!! We just bought a living room and dining set. The customer service that Charlie delivered was above and beyond. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and patient which made our buying experience exceptional. 100% recommend! read more

We were blown away by the fantastic service and expertise Charlie provided! We knew we wanted to purchase a Basset sectional but wanted to view the fabrics in person before ordering. We ended up finding Luxilon as a listed authorized retailer on Basset's website. We walked in expecting to just see fabrics and ultimately make a purchase online. From the moment we walked in the doors, Charlie was a professional salesman offering us guidance and expertise without being pushy. Basset has hundreds of fabrics to choose from but Charlie helped us narrow down based on our needs and expected production timeline. He properly set expectations with us around delivery timeline (est. 5 months) and pleasantly surprised us with a call after 2 months letting us know he had our couch and could deliver that same day. The delivery men were professional and courteous. All around, you'll get a five star experience with Charlie and his team! read more
