They had pillow covers and towels but I didn't see all the other furnishings and accessories at the other stores. I'll come back when I have something specific in mind to purchase.

The new outlet had a lot of options to choose from and the discounts were pretty good. We ended up with a sofa and two chairs. We had them delivered via a third party company that they recommended and that company was on time, and reached out to share their feedback before they moved the furniture which was greatly appreciated. Overall we are very happy with the selection we made.

I went to the manager Lydia and she rudley explained that it depended on when they came in and I said it is very confusing to the customer and all the same plates should be taken off the floor and priced 4.99 so it wasn't upsetting or confusing to the customer. She refused to hear what I was saying and I handed her the plates and walked out. Over $1 she lost a customer and a sale. It was very upsetting.

In the few weeks BlackSheep has been open I've stopped in twice to purchase: a) a lovely candle for the host of dinner during the jewish holidays b) a lovey for a new baby visit (the "real" gift wasn't ready quite yet) And of course I can't forget the few times my pre-schooler has dragged me in there for "just a few pieces of candy." This is no Home Depot -- they have hundreds of…read moretiles on display, some set up with vanities and showers like little rooms -- and it gets in your head like a disease -- the urge to makeover every room in your house. We will be renovating some rooms, so it's good to be able to see all the different kinds of tile available, in so many colors, styles and price points. The staff were friendly and ready to help, but we are still in the design stages and not ready to make a purchase yet. We'll come back again.

About 2 months late on delivery…read more When it was finally delivered, one section was non-operative, and another reclining section made loud noise, and I discovered 3 of 4 screws were missing that make the foot rest lift, making the unit inoperable. 3 days later we are still waiting for a call back from their "concierge support". I was looking for made-in-the-USA products, paid over 8K and got a piece of crap that is currently only 1/2 unusable. It may look good and be presented well, but RUNNNNNNN
