The contract is full of penalties for the customer if we are not at home when they deliver. They promised delivery on the 11th. It's now the 24th, and no one has called us, no updates, no explanation. It seems they can delay as long as they want and break their commitments, while we are expected to sit at home and wait for weeks. On top of that, if we leave and miss their random delivery attempt, we risk getting fined - even though they already missed their promised date by two weeks. This is unacceptable. Payment should only be collected upon delivery, not in advance for this "great" furniture shop ! Never again with this store, and I would not recommend it to anyone !!!

He quickly picked up on the things I was responding to and pulled some extra rugs from a pile of new arrivals in the back. I selected a rug but was still nervous - would it work in the room (a.k.a. I might suck at choosing a rug)? He told me I could bring it back if the rug didn't work, but that he thought it very likely it would be great. And he was right. I got that rug home and put it down, and the dining room looks 1000% better. The rug is also softer and much easier to clean than the old one. I'm now plotting to replace our living room rug as well, with something from Shabahang.

They quoted us a competitive price, their team showed up that same day (on time), their team guys were friendly and professional, and they removed our wet (now useless) rug pad, in addition to taking our rug for cleaning. A few days later, the company called us to schedule home delivery of our cleaned rug. They gave us a tight (30-minute) window - not one of these cases where a company gives you a 4-hour window! - their team arrived on time, and again, the guys were super helpful and friendly. Although we didn't buy a rug pad from Minasian - we got one from elsewhere online - their team cut our rug pad (at my request) to fit our rug's size. All around, fantastic service!
