They don't mind doing the work themselves, whether it's hanging art, installing lights, etc. We also very much appreciate that they repurposed our old furniture and gave them new life by finding great spaces for each piece. I was doing a project re-carpeting and repainting my home, and I was starting to realize that all my color decisions were dependent upon a couch that I really didn't like. I went to several furniture stores, and really wasn't happy with my choices until I met Kim. She was more than willing to come to my home, look at the furniture I already had in place, and the paint and carpet samples I had on hand, to help suggest a new couch that could solidify a design concept. Her assistance was incredibly valuable... within a few days of her visit, I had chosen carpet, paint, and most importantly, ordered a new sofa! Kim was able to steer me to a product that was within my budget, and allowed for all the customization I could have wanted. I got to select extra firm bottom cushions, and a size that fit the space perfectly. Even more important, the fabric selections were terrific, and I found a material that had the exact feel I wanted, with the wear characteristics I needed. The ordering process was fine, and the new sofa arrived when predicted. And it is terrific! It looks nice (apologies, I am not a good photographer) in the room, matches all the other items well, and pulls the look together for me. Even better, this is the most comfortable couch I have ever owned! I fall asleep on it way too often, it is such a nice, comfy place to sit. As far as I can tell, this sofa (the Louise model) is incredibly high quality, is well made, and is more comfortable than I could have imagined. But more valuable was the design assistance I received. I am only exaggerating slightly when I say that I would have happily paid Kim for the design services, and she threw in the couch for free!

Still, the furniture was in very good condition and available (no waiting). I think RH furniture is well-made and quality. They had pillow covers and towels but I didn't see all the other furnishings and accessories at the other stores. I'll come back when I have something specific in mind to purchase.

Overall we are very happy with the selection we made.

A seemingly completely unlimited selection of whatever you never thought you needed but now cannot live without. The owner walked me thru the store showing me wooden tables, measuring to see if it was the right size, and saying "I have this one also..." He quoted all the items and showed us an estimate of the total. Added all the financing options which made it very hard not make the final purchase. There was only one item we could not find, a standup desk. We decided to check out one more place before making the final decision. Unfortunately, we found all the items we needed at that last location we visited. A stand up desk was a non-negotiable for us, which Bob's did not offer. The business is clean, restrooms are well kept. They offer refreshments and snacks. I thought that was very nice. The water was very appreciated after walking back and forth.
