They don't mind doing the work themselves, whether it's hanging art, installing lights, etc. We also very much appreciate that they repurposed our old furniture and gave them new life by finding great spaces for each piece. They have some interesting and unique stuff, but some of it looks like it's been on display too long. The floor plan is a bit messy here and scratches on display models don't scream professionalism. My buddy got some things here a while back and found them to be of good quality and value, and I'd say they have a range that gets there on the higher end price wise. They also have some cheaper stuff that looks like Amazon level furniture, so you can get a range of options. I'd recommend them if your in the market for an unique accent piece.

After looking at numerous vendors (RH, PB, Crate & Barrel, etc) I found that West Elm has the best price to value ratio and that the furniture was proportioned for smaller apartment spaces. Michaela also helped speed along the delivery process and kept checking in to make sure the items were delivered. Having a dedicated designer who knows the products really streamline all of this.
