They provide baskets if you'd like to hold while you shop and a table where you can set your items down until you're ready to purchase. I've never had an issue with getting an item snagged. I always leave with more items than anticipated and they're high quality vintage treasures every time! I've found two fantastic fitting blazers and their blazers are priced at $7! Almost unbelievable. Staff is friendly, keep items organized and the place stays well stocked it seems. I find anything from houseware, to decor, to clothes every time. A great selection of toys as well. During the holidays this year, they even had a Santa sitting and reading stories with free pictures. It was very sweet- and free! Worth a stop and be prepared to shop.

I stop by on Sunday late afternoons on my way home and it's as fast as hitting one extra red light. One block off touhy, you simply pull up and there's an overhang to protect from sun or rain. There are two lanes so I've rarely had to wait. When I pull up, immediately an employee comes out wheeling a cart and helps load my things into it. Then I'm on my way again. I've never had donations be this easy. I'm finally taking the time to write this review because as I was dropping off my mom's things last night, I accidentally kept my Irish cap and scarf on the donation bag and realized when I got home! Ack! They had sentimental value and I hadn't meant to donate them. I was concerned this would be circus getting them back. But I called immediately, spoke with an extremely diligent and gracious manager who found them within minutes (he said it helped that I called immediately). He said it happens all the time and he is just so grateful for people donating things and wants them tog et their things back in these situations. I drove back and retrieving my items was quite simple. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to donate

I find a lot of cute stuff here, it's not all old lady clothes like some church resale shops. My only complaints are 1. lack of bathrooms! I had no idea there were no bathrooms until I asked to go! And 2. The changing rooms aren't private, basically other people watch you try stuff on, weird.

I didn't get the chance to get the woman who was working there's name, but she was very welcoming and kind - I was in the basement going through the books for well over an hour, and I never once got the vibe that I was overstepping. Gurl was I impressed by the stock! There is plenty to go through where it can get overwhelming. I would take your time being here due to the seemingly limitless supply of fun and unique items. Their clothing and accessories are expertly curated, fun and fashionable. Most items price around the 20-30s with some items going for more or less than that. I was able to find a cute brooch, a pearl necklace, a scarf and colorful beaded bib necklace for under $100. Parking is shared within a small strip mall and you'll need to ring the doorbell for entry. The owner Jules is a doll and greeted me at the entrance. She recognized that this was my first visit and she helped me navigate through the store. She also found expert sales associates to assist in finding particular items. You are given a small plastic dish to place items in and when you're ready to get rung up, take the dish to the counter and they will bag/box your items for you. Hours of operation are a little odd however I've attached pictures of their current hours. Call ahead before going to make sure they are open.

However, they have several racks of women's clothing to look through with shoes of several sizes organized above the racks. I even saw someone score a pair of new Vejas sneakers the day I went. I didn't have a ton of time to look through everything, but the store is much bigger on the inside than it looks from the street. I went on an extremely busy morning (I believe it may have been a senior citizen sale? I just got the tail end of an announcement over the intercom), but I had no trouble at all finding a solid parking spot just outside the main entrance in a generous private lot. The street is pretty busy, so I would be careful to turn at the light if you're taking a left into the store. There are tons of different clothing brands, from boutique to well-known names and more fast fashion tags. There was even a whole section of home goods I didn't get a chance to explore. My one difficulty was navigating the long racks of clothing. It was difficult to get from one end to another given the sheer amount of foot traffic, but I'm sure it may be different on a less busy day.

It's very disappointing to see how expensive they are charging now for used items that they receive for free. Especially during a time when many people are struggling to make ends meet... now I can't even afford my nearest thrift store and have to go somewhere far to get reasonable prices. I hope someone does something about these prices please. Also, if you are donating, please remove the tags because they will price it according to the tag which is disgusting. Even if the item is missing pieces, ripped, stained, they don't care they will charge according the tag. Another complaint I have is the removal of changing rooms. Because you can't return anything, you can only exchange. So customers are forced to try items on awkwardly in the isles. This is just plain ridiculous and obviously greedy. If you're gonna take away changing rooms, allow RETURNS, not exchanges. Simple.
