The checkout was quick and no line. It wasn't busy when we were there. We were there on a Saturday night, three hours before they closed. There is a big parking lot. There are also reward points to collect. I will be back for sure, and hopefully they will open the Naperville location soon, since it is closer than this location for us.

Still, the furniture was in very good condition and available (no waiting). I think RH furniture is well-made and quality. When I called to find out what happened they eagerly offered to sell me 9 additional rings to get me to the 12 I was expecting. They were not willing to reimburse their shipping to me nor my cost to return ship to them although their representative acknowledged the mistaken item description was their fault! Disappointing and concerning business practice. I wouldn't order from them again.
