However, "Taylor" did not return my call. I then stopped by their location in Skokie. They had the chair. The sign said $1650 was the price. But when the salesman rang it up, the price had jumped to $1730. A supervisor I called at the corporate level could not explain the difference. Then a customer service woman called me to say they quoted a chair with lumbar support. I did not ask for this extra feature. I was not told the sale was being rung up with the add on. I could not get the store to see what the problem was here. So I will not be buying from Penny Mustard. If you are buying there, double-check the posted price versus what is rung up. Something is definitely off with their selling practices In my opinion.

Its held up great, so when I was looking for a low but long dresser (another odd size space to fill) and I figured I'd check them out again. The boss on duty came over and we finalized everything so easily, I honestly should have just started my day here and saved myself a lot of trouble shopping around. My delivery came on time and at the earliest point in my 3 hour window. Super nice delivery team as well.
