The wording on my document was not printing onto the paper when printed and he gladly fixed and adjusted in Word and everything printed out fine afterwards!! I have always gone to another vendor for business related print jobs - I'm truly excited that I found a team that is willing to help and goes the extra mile to help support what could be an extremely stressful occasion. I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

I was initially looking at a good $500 repair from most places and knew it was hopeless. But luckily I stumbled upon Angelo's via Google search and to my surprise he fixed my laptop screen like it was brand new all within half the price which other places offered. Angelo was also very humble and kind as he unfortunately sustained an injury prior to that week and I knew my laptop was going to be fixed in at least 2 weeks due to his injury. But Angelo didn't waste any time and somehow fixed my laptop screen with just one hand in a matter of a few days. Though I hope I don't come across anymore computer related issues, I'll gladly go to Angelo for any computer issues I may come across. I highly recommend everyone to go to Angelo for your computer repair, you won't regret it!

Our company used a repairman who worked for J.O.E, Joe Hermine Madian, who came to look at our printer and scanner. After making the first appointment, he came to our office, indicated we needed to replace a part and would require a pre-payment before coming back. He came back the second time to fix the issue. We had a similar issue with our scanner and printer a year later and called Joe to make an appointment. We again, pre-payed upon his request for what he said was needed. Since writing him the check for our scanner parts, he has cashed our check for the parts and has not responded to any calls or messages. I have tried contacting Just Office Equipment and have gotten no response to resolve this issue. The number provided in Yellow Pages and Yelp does appear to be a working number, and their address is not a real location! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are not reliable and a fraud!

Since I recently moved cross-country to Chicago, I am in need for office furniture. I went with my husband hoping to find a office chair or some furniture to use until my furniture arrives via Pod in a few months. Anyway they allowed (1) free piece of furniture and also was selling preused furniture for $39 and $99 bucks. We really lucked out. My husband found a big chair for our living room for free. We purchased a huge book case for my office. In addition to these pieces, we found a rolling ottoman and a side table. We were thrilled with our finds. This wharehouse is open to the public and had a floor dedicated to sale/clearance items and a bunch of new items too. The prices seemed reasonable on the new items too. Checkout website for items currently on sale. I would like to shout-out Mark (owner) and Junior for having awesome customer service. Junior helped me with approximating how many yards of fabric I would need to reupholster the chair that we got for free. Oh yes, I failed to mentioned they have lots of fabric for sale. At the event the fabric was only $5 a yard. Such a deal. Mad props to this business. *only furnishing for my temporary housing for now but will look to this business for my more permanent home in the near future* Would add photos of finds but waiting delivery. My partner had a chair from here that was a significant help to him because of some medical issues. That is in large part the reason why I bought the chair for him as a gift. There was an issue with which the staff member/owner/whatever he is helped in a quick and efficient manner, which was much appreciated. However, the chair has been having issues for some time; the manufacturer had not provided the customer service that would be expected for especially such a large purchase. So we started working with the store instead in hopes to get some assistance as the chair continue to break down and becoming more and more unstable. But after almost a week after having sent requested information to the store about the issues, there had been no response or communication. I called to get an update and was told that a ticket had been submitted two days earlier with the manufacturer. This was never mentioned via response email or anything, and we never would have known this had I not contacted to find out what the radio silence was about. The products that are sold here are generally sold to people who need them for a reason. Most people--like me--are not purchasing a lift chair as an amusement (there are a lot more fashionable and less expensive chairs that I could purchase). So it's really disappointing that the store and what may be biggest manufacturer don't really seem to have the sense of urgency that or customer service prowess that one would expect when helping the specific population that they have set out a shingle to serve, and for the expense of their products.
