The wording on my document was not printing onto the paper when printed and he gladly fixed and adjusted in Word and everything printed out fine afterwards!! I have always gone to another vendor for business related print jobs - I'm truly excited that I found a team that is willing to help and goes the extra mile to help support what could be an extremely stressful occasion. The brand she recommended was sold at only one place in the Chicago area and I was incredibly lucky that the retailer happened to be Applied Ergonomics. I made an appointment with Jeff, the owner, who was absolutely amazing. He helped me find the perfect chair and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Although it is obviously more lucrative for Jeff to work with customers who are outfitting an entire office rather than buying just one chair, he made me feel welcome and spent a great deal of time having me try out different brands and models to make sure I got something that was very comfortable and supportive. My daughter, who was with me, was so impressed with Jeff's knowledge that she too decided to get fitted for a chair and also purchased an adjustable stand-up desk. Jeff's help didn't stop with the fitting. My daughter lives in LA and he spent a lot of time finding the most cost-effective way to have her desk and chair shipped from overseas to LA and delivered by a service where she could schedule a date and time that was convenient for her. My daughter and I were amazed how friendly and accommodating Jeff was. We would highly recommend Applied Ergonomics to anyone looking for higher-end chairs and desks and the service to match.

Ergonomic details, color and fabric schemes, overall flow and practical layout-related issues were all thoroughly vetted and addressed with the assistance of Jeff's experience and professionalism. The construction phase of the project took on a life of its own due to unforeseen subcontractor delays, but that just gave me more time to look forward to the finished product. Even with that buildup in anticipation, Jeff and his team fully exceeded all expectations. The project looks outstanding. We are extremely happy and we have Jeff and his team to thank. Unfortunately, one of the legs on the chair broke and I needed to replace it. I started looking around many places and couldn't believe how hard it was finding an office chair. Due to so many people working from home and using office equipment, most stores were sold out of these type of chairs. Staples had some but they weren't well made along with being very expensive. I also have back issues and am tall so I needed a really comfortable chair that I could try out before buying so ordering a chair was not an option. I was really getting frustrated but noticed this place listed when I did a Google search. This establishment got good reviews on Yelp and Google so on 9/5/20, I decided to take a drive to the other side of town to see what they had. This place is a hidden treasure trove! You walk in and there is office equipment everywhere! The 2 male staff, as mentioned in other reviews were really helpful and nice. They had so many office chairs to choose from and I tested every one. They were having a 70% liquidation sale as they are moving soon to a different location. There were 2 chairs in particular that I was interested in and both of them had really good price points. I was surprised to find out that this business has been around for over 50 years! I finally narrowed it down to the chair that I wanted to purchase (see photo) and it was leather too! I had a great conversation with Kemchan who was so friendly and helpful and even took the chair to my car to fit inside which I truly appreciated. Most stores don't go that extra mile. You can negotiate prices but their current sale is so good, I didn't feel the need to. I highly recommend this place from standing desks to tables & chairs to file cabinets, this place has got it and nice quality at that. I left there so happy, I wanted to cry.
