However, they are not customer oriented, though perhaps they are trying as I see they respond to these posts. Solve complaints??? When I received the MyMail Max machine there were no download instructions in the booklet! Local dealer had to find someone to instruct me. I had to pay a monthly fee for a download cord that could convert the machine's analog signal to our digital phone lines. Really? But what p. me off was that last year the local dealer called me a couple of weeks before my contract was to expire & said I can still renew at the old rate. I replied that I did not wish to renew at all. "Oh no, you have to give 90 days notice for that." So I immediately emailed FP & advised my cancellation a year hence. (Actually emailed a couple of non-renewals to them.) Speaking of rates, one year, I got someone else's invoice for the same exact machine, but it was at a lower rate. I called to complain & was advised they run specials sometimes. Turns out I was an older customer, but it didn't matter to them. When returning your meter, you must have proof from USPS that it was delivered. When I called the day after the signed delivery just to confirm, I was told "oh, it takes up to 3 weeks to get it recorded in the FP system." Well-run companies have policies that if after 24-48 hours something is amiss, the receiver has no basis for a claim. One good note is that I received my remaining postage funds in a week! Read your contract carefully & get everything in writing when dealing with FP.

When we were told we needed new equipment they had us sign an agreement for the Equipment. You know the equipment we never received. When we called today we finally had enough and asked to cancel our service. Evidently we would have to pay $300 to cancel our service because we signed that agreement for the equipment, that we cant use, because it never was sent to us..... Do not go with these guys. If you only send out a small amount of mail a week its cheaper just to get stamps.

The installers were really great and the senior one had worked there for several decades, that alone tells me that this is a good company both to work for and do business with. The installer told me the story of the first time he had installed my furniture when they sold it to the original owner, and about when he refinished it when the company let the owner trade it in. Amazing. I literally searched all over Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin to try to find used traditional furniture and this company was the only one with any real choices in furniture.
