This store recently opened after the two down the road closed up for good. The store is big, clean and well organized but seriously, the customer service lacks. There's one guys who usually helps me out and he's always at the front desk, otherwise, I get attitude or just never see anyone else. Even though I order most of my office supplies online, sometimes I need something quick so I'll stop in here. I really like that it's right down the road from my office now. They have the cutest little office knick knacks that I have to resist every time. I've been reading about the print service Office Depot offers, so I'll have check it out sometime. read more

I see why this place has low reviews. I went in today to try out office chairs. The cashier greeted me but for the other half hour I was there, no one talked to me. I decided on an office chair and placed my order online to use the app Rakuten for cash back and an additional discount for pick up vs shipping. I place my order and pay with PayPal and get my order confirmation. They advertise 20 minute pick up guaranteed. I mosey on over to Starbucks to get a drink and come back after 20 minutes and try to do curbside pick up. It's at that time I'm informed that my PayPal payment was denied. I'm so confused. How would PayPal let my order go through if my payment was denied. I going to the PayPal app and see that PayPal is waiting for Office Depot to complete my order to issue payment. Then I decided to call Office Depot customer service and they tell me the same thing my payment was denied and I need to place a new order. So I go through the hassle of placing a new order without PayPal and my order is ready within 10 minutes. I pull up to curbside they bring out my chair and he asked me if I'm there to pick up two chairs because he has two orders for me. The PayPal order that has now miraculously gone through and the new one that I just placed. WHAT? He had to refund the PayPal order. I know my payments weren't denied because I used the same credit card in PayPal that I just used to place the order online. It's something that they're doing wrong on their end and then blaming customers for a failed payment. Overall this whole trip wasted about an hour and a half of my time and it could've been a lot easier. Maybe they just need to press a button that I was there to pick up my order? I'll never go back to the store and I probably won't ever order from Office Depot again. read more

Awesome new place. But service was horrible, this lady at the front cashier lied to me. I asked if I could print something off my email and she said we dont do that. I left. I felt rejected and dissatisfied. I cant belive she works there. but after I looked up on Google they actually do print files off your email, i walked back in n talk to another lady who actually helped n I printed my copies. Judged for the copies requested....WHAT? Family member went in to get a Christmas letter copied for our 93 year old mother who has sent cards and letters for decades. Being 93 and not able to do everything in a timely manner, needing help by this family member who happened to be going through serious medical events these past months got the letter complete, and needed to get them in the mail asap. Sooo his encounter at the Office Depot was not only inappropriate, and judgmental but completely unprofessional and guessing some sort of reprimand should be forth coming. She said, hmm isn't it alittle late to be sending a Christmas letter? What is the date? THEN proceeded to get her phone out and check to see the date and comment that yes it is the 20th! Proceeded to tell him he'd have to use the self serve machine because they were busy. NOOOOO one was in the store but him and maybe one other employee. She did guide him to the machine and when the machine was not printing as it should she agreed to take to the back and do them herself. Once the family member checked her name tag, she seemed to back down her attitude and chose not to charge him for his inconvenience. Huh? Charge him as he expected and be professional. I was attempting to design a banner for my dad who was turning 99 years old on Friday January 22, 2021. And because he was a veteran in the Marines and had served in both WWII and the Korean War and because his fellow Vets were going to do a "drive by" to recognize his birthday, I wanted to have a banner honoring him. I attempted to design the banner online but was having difficulty with the design. I thought it would be better to go to the store and get help with the banner design from one of the store associates. I met with and worked with Regina, the store associate, who although showed some irritability and somewhat annoyed that I was bothering her, assisted me in designing the banner. Oh and she also informed me that there would be an additional charge for her assistants. There were about three customers in the store, which included me and no one at the register. Regina and I worked on the designed but at some point she became very agitated because I wasn't clear on whether I wanted a banner or a lawn sign. When another customer came up and asked for assistance, she told me that I had to wait while she helped the new customer! I told her that she obviously didn't want my business and I left! I found what I needed at another store! I'll not shop at Office Depot again. Especially when I can get what I need somewhere else. I hope they close and go out of business, especially since they don't need business or money. read more
