Just went shopping with my sister Natalia and I. Natalia was doing the reviews on Yelp for us both until there was a big misunderstanding so I'm taking over As I am her big sister. So we arrived at Target we live in the Elmwood Park Melrose Park area. I can speak for both of us we are bitchez. If we have a hard time at a store everybody knows about it. We got our Starbucks coffees 2 grande caramel macchiatos. They tasted great! Proceeded to get other shopping done and one employee by the name of Andrew went above and beyond to help us. He went ahead and went to the back room to find the couple things we wanted because it was not on the shelf. Our carts were full so he assisted us with lifting heavy things he took it upon himself so as our business grows we will be back for him to offer him a job. Upon checking out our cashier her name was Lanelle. Really nice girl she made the experience personal we liked that! She asked how our day was going she discussed Christmas shopping it was a personal experience. So when management says cash them out - Get them out, that's when we don't come back. As we told corporate office already we gave our address told them google it and count how many stores we pass until we get to Villa Park because that's all the stores which we have had bad experiences at. Anyways we talked to Eric the store manager to complement both employees we weren't really happy how he took it, he just had an attitude of ya okay I gotta go, that's why we called Corporate. Cleanliness of the store I think it's clean also employees are very attentive to their customers, for those who don't visit Rosemont, Melrose Park or Wood Dale now those are the locations that are not clean as well as their customer service has much to be desired. Associate at Villa Park, they're friendly go above and beyond - management, the store can do without. So overall our $453.85 Christmas trip was well worth the money and for those two employees we will be back for you!!! Keep up the great work read more

The worst store chain in America is TARGET - Ordered a virtual reality helmet shop target meta quest 3 128 GB + game this is the worst store I paid 530$ , it was a gift for a birthday , the parcel arrived a couple of days earlier , outside the box was Packed and in the beginning I thought that all is well , but when I tore the paper part to open the box , I opened the box and was shocked by the fact that in the box was nothing but glasses meta quest 2 , the code for the game was cut off , target sent me a box with a device which they have been stolen and returned , this store haven't even checked how much weight box , because it weighed very little , and there was to be a newer version of virtual points and the other components , I called and wanted to do a refund , I was told that will solve this problem in 5-7 days , after 3 days the answer came that they may not return me a new product or money , this is the worst attitude to his clients shop not keep what they have stolen device and just sent an empty box and then refused to send me the device which they originally were supposed to send , it turns out they just took my money and for that I am nothing but the empty boxes with the old device is not received, this is the first store in America who just stole my money, The photo shows that the parts that I tore off have the original glue and it is dry , and outside of this glue is another , another glue was poured around the edges and sealed the box , but your store employees did not check this , and even if they did , they were obliged to check the weight of the box , because if they cannot open , the weight of the box will always be as indicated by the manufacturer , but here it weighed very little read more

Title: Disappointing Experience at Checkout I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store that has left a sour taste in my mouth. During my last visit, I encountered a cashier who was incredibly rude when I asked a simple question. Instead of providing assistance, she snapped back at me, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. In hopes of resolving the issue, I requested to speak with a manager, but unfortunately, the manager was just as unhelpful. It was frustrating to feel dismissed and undervalued as a customer. Given this experience and similar occurrences in the past, I have decided that I will no longer shop at this store, despite its convenient location just five minutes from my house. I would rather make the extra drive to Yorktown where I can expect better customer service. It's a shame because I wanted to support a local business, but the treatment I received was simply unacceptable. read more

I'm old enough to remember when Target was a new brand. Back then, it was different than other big box stores -- and I loved it! The employees were friendlier and more knowledgeable, it was easy to find someone who could answer a question, they offered unique products at good prices, and the stores always seemed so clean and organized. I suppose a decline in quality is inevitable as a company grows in size, which is exactly what happened to Target -- and this location is no exception. If you can find an employee to ask for help, they usually look disinterested and bored. Their shelves are always a mess, and it seems like they're selling lower-quality products for higher prices than other places. All good things must come to an end, I guess! read more

I was here earlier today, and was pleased with my selection of food. I came here looking for quite a lot, and unfortunately did not receive a lot. Food, cosmetics, fantastic. But clothes... I was disappointed. Not a good variety, and not a very good price either. I went to the Starbucks in this Target as well, and the employee's looked so angry and fed up. It was obvious one girl was training because she kept asking the other what to put in my drink and how much. They were miserable. Staff is not pleasant in this place. Used to love this place but i wont be going back anytime soon. I was chased out of a store by a security guy screaming in front of everyone that i didnt pay for the merchandise under my chart when in reality i had and had the receipt to back it up. He didnt even apologize for accusing me of stealing or for the scene he caused which left me mortified. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Very clean store, it's usually empty or not as packed as the competitors. It's well stocked and has a huge parking lot. Prices are the same as everywhere alse althought they have good deals on read more

Hire some more fucking cashiers. Over 10 lanes no more than two are ever open at a time.
