I kept the blanket in my car, just in case I was near a Marshalls to get it removed. A week later, This was the Marshalls I was near by after a work meeting. They refused to remove the security clip, no reason, maybe the ridiculous long checkout line they were trying to manage (I stood in that line for 20 minutes). Now, I have to go to the original Marshalls which is far away to get it removed. Not worth the buy, the time, the hassle.

The plethora of items packed into small location is incredible when you can keep it so nest and tidy. I like that, meanwhile while I was writing this I tripped and fell. The young ladies came to make sure I was okay, good lawd my clumsy self never fails to embarrass myself so of course I need to post it here. Now had you seen my strugingto get up, I am almost certain I would of made your day! What I can say is that this was a pleasant a sant experience as it is the holidays and it should technically be jam packed, bit its already 12:15 and the line is small. I appreciate this and the efficiency of the workers, kudos to them!

This is one of many of their locations. They have a really nice website that is easy to search. If you are selling to them, I recommend not going on the weekend and to go early. They are fairly fast at going through the items you want to sell. They don't take everything and magazines are limited to no older than 6 months unless they are collectible magazines.

So. for arguments sake let us concede that the outward seeming outrageous price of $7000, is justified? How? Just maybe the Dust Jacket! (Remember book collectors: 90 % of the value of this collectible is directly tied to the relative condition of its paper book jacket!) I mean even the fact that it's a 1st Edition doesn't add much value because scour the net and you will find a half dozen 1st Editions of this rare collectible without the dust cover for $600 or less! So because I absolutely love the Art Deco style painting of Planet Earth from outer space on this 1932 Dust Jacket and I must have it! Eventually! To buy the machine Peter interviewed us for several hours. It was personal for Peter who then sold us our first of many machines. After that day Peter and I became good friends. A few years later Johnny his son started to grow his espresso business and over all the years we have loved the machines they sell. Yes we bought a la Cora because Johnny designed and had it built and it is wonderful. We also have semi automatic espresso machines that have done well. If you want a BETTER espresso machine I suggest giving these people a try. Johnny's son Mark runs daily operations and we have known him since just about birth. The service department is run by Victor who does amazing repair and rebuild work. They also sell Italian restaurant equipment. Mark also roasts coffee in a custom way for his customers. It's not a store so if you want a better machine I suggest make an appointment. Yes a professional espresso machine costs more so consider accordingly.

I bought their LaCora "prosumer" espresso machine, which is still going strong and which I have them service and maintain. They know their stuff--they service most commercial espresso bars around town. The few times my machine has needed anything more than routine cleaning & maintenance, they were prompt and reasonable in picking it up, repairing and re-delivering it to me. They have it in their shop right now, after a water-damage remediation crew demolished part of my ceiling, generating so much plaster dust that my machine's water tank and grouphead got clogged. But it'll be back Wed. or Thurs. (along with my grinder, for which I had them install new burrs). They are a joy to do business with, and their showroom is a wonderland for anyone who likes (or needs) to prepare Italian food & drink.
