Each time he has said he will "come soon he is busy" then never shows up. He has never shown up or returned a message. I have had two licensed repair men out here and both of them have told me the unit is CRAP and that I need to replace the entire thing. Don't get swindled like me. Now we don't have the money to replace the unit cause Eugene and Dacson took it and left us with nothing. Save your money, your time and protect your baby from the heat. Go elsewhere.

One of the small and fragile tiny wires with a connector at the end broke off on me. I wanted to get it fixed over this weekend (me likes my records) and like a dummy I waited until Sunday to get it done. I searched on yelp and found this place and decided to take a chance and call on a Sunday. The owner actually answered the phone and was willing to come in and open the store for me! He did this knowing that it would be such a small and cheap item to fix! He basically fixed my cartridge holder on the spot in about 5 minutes and charged me a great price. I can't say enough good things about this place. I wouldn't judge the place from the outside because their repair work is fantastic and the owner is a great person to deal with. I will definitely be coming back with other repairs. :-)

I asked to be scheduled and if I could speak with the tech in the morning. At 9:00am promptly, Eric called me for more details. After explaining the details, he advised that this was VERY likely to be a firmware issue and to contact HO directly. I went to Angelo's for my Apple laptop that got damaged from a fall. The screen was severely…read moredamaged and we all know how expensive it can get to repair just the screen of an Apple laptop itself. I was initially looking at a good $500 repair from most places and knew it was hopeless. But luckily I stumbled upon Angelo's via Google search and to my surprise he fixed my laptop screen like it was brand new all within half the price which other places offered. Angelo was also very humble and kind as he unfortunately sustained an injury prior to that week and I knew my laptop was going to be fixed in at least 2 weeks due to his injury. But Angelo didn't waste any time and somehow fixed my laptop screen with just one hand in a matter of a few days. When I complained, Ron told me that this was their rate. Best buy could have done it for $300 and guaranteed their work. I emailed him a month after when the ap went dark, no reply.
