The wait was not due to heavy customer traffic, rather, they don't have anyone working the cashier counter. I've been watching one employee walk around and do absolutely nothing. They have at least three employees working on the clock but not doing their jobs. Never once was I greeted or acknowledged. An elderly lady who was another customer actually was the one to wave me to the print department where I then stood there for another 10 minutes. Waiting to be checked out. I'd like to add this isn't just a time inconvenience, but also a safety issue. Armed robberies have been on a substantial climb. And businesses like this are perfect targets as they offer the least resistance and have alot of valuable merchandise. DO better and hire people who actually came to work to WORK

I called the OfficeMax in Crestwood, IL which is the closest one to my home. The person I spoke to suggested I try to make the purchase on a computer. I did that and I was able to complete my order that way. It might have been a security thing with the company which I would have no problem with. I was happy I was able to complete my purchase. I made a note to order from my computer the next time or purchase at the store itself.

DON'T PURCHASE FROM HERE! Supposedly they're Crestwood location is going out of business but truth…read moretheir setting up shop elsewhere and probably under a different name. I wanted a specific couch and was willing to find a dupe or similar couch to it so I visited OMG Furniture after work one day. Met Sam and he stated he could order the exact couch I wanted. The price was AMAZING! So I was sold! Let's fast forward about 4 weeks later anddddd no couch has been delivered. I call the store and the woman I believe her name is Sabrina answers, transitions the call to Sam and well long story short I sat on hold for 4mind while they 'tried to figure out why my crunch wasn't delivered'. I went in store next day and was told my couch would be delivered the following week. Cool, leaves store but then I realized Sam never gave me a set delivery date so I went back the next day to confirm a delivery date. He stated by next Friday it would be delivered but he's going to give a call if could be delivered earlier than that. No call came but Friday came and an hour before their deliver service stopped I still did not have a council. I love about 45mins from OMG so I knew by 7pm my couch wasn't going to be delivered. I contact the store trying to see if a miracle would happen and they would still deliver today. lol silly me...the couch wasn't NEVER ordered on the first place. So all that run around on dates and delivery and the 3 times I came in to talk to Sam about the couch before I even purchased the couch was a game. He knew the couch I wanted was a couch that was only exclusive to Ashley but waited to say something at the time the couch should have been delivered. That information should have been stated wayyyyy before. His remedy was to sell me a similar couch. Negative, refund me my money. He completed a refund but I'm still going through my credit lender I used (didn't use their credit options because they completely over priced the item) to ensure the sell does not go through and I get the money I've already paid on installments back. This place is a SCAM! Don't shop here. Oh Supposedly there's a boss Sam refers to when things go wrong but Sabrina acts like a boss doesn't exist and that Sam's approval is needed just to refund money. Sounds like Sam is the boss and who he is referring to is the warehouse where they store the furniture.

The owner of this business a genius, he is the guy to go to when my computer or phone or anything is giving me trouble. I have been going to this business for years and never once disappointed me, even when they relocated to 113 Harlem ave. In Worth, thank god I was able to find them and take my computer to them and fixed it within one day. They also have electronics within anybody's budget, (at least mine) they worked with me with honesty. Thank you computer outlet for your great customer service and honesty.
